I think we need to root for UConn to beat Temple and eventually win the AAC. One of these bubble teams (UConn, Cincy, Temple, or Tulsa) were going to get in to the tournament via auto-bid with SMU on a tourney ban this year. It might as well be UConn, and UConn could help our RPI with each win they get as they are the only one of these teams that Michigan played.

Can anyone explain to me how Temple is a lock for the NCAA Tourney right now besides being the AAC regular season champion? Their resume is soft (RPI #57, KenPom #81).

Goddammit Sparty is so good.  They probably get to the Final Four again.  There's no matchup for them I don't think, that is a kyrptonite.  Unless they go ice cold from Three-land in a game, they're going to knock teams off on their way to Houston.

AND I HATE THEM SO MUCH.  Fuck Forbes.  Fuck  Valentine.  And straight to the face, fuck you, Matt Costello.

Yea it's all bullshit.  Harbaugh done pissed everyone off.  Our wins are MUCH better than any of those other half-ass bubble teams (not that we're world beaters, but c'mon).

NO ONE is mentioning out wins are top-25...just "meh, only 4 top 100 wins".  Fuck the pundits.  There must be a beef with us.  Again, maybe Harbaugh!?

Northern Iowa, Gonzaga, Iona, and the UConn/Temple winner have all stolen bids. Maybe we get in over Monmouth & St Mary's, but it is not a sure thing like it would have been had they won their conference tournaments.

And there are still some potential bid thiefs left out there in the American and SEC Tournaments.

Gonzaga and St. Mary both felt like fringe teams, and I'm not sure that was more than a 1-bid league regardless.  Monmouth has a bunch of wins but a number of bad losses.

There are always bid stealers out there, but it doesn't seem nearly as dire as people are making it, especially with a couple of sure-fire teams out because of sanctions.

Hollis will make sure Staee gets an easy draw. They will probably end up being a 1 seed even though that is complete crap since they didn't even win the conference.

And you're telling me they don't deserve it? Outside of maybe Kansas, who in the country is playing better than MSU right now?

IU won the conference but they were not the best team this year. Just like MSU may have won the conference in football, but they were not the best team in the league.

with UNC capable of putting a run together to win this tournament. They will likely be a #1 seed if they win the B10 Tournament and they should be. They beat Kansas back in November if I recall correctly.

ALL the so called experts have been saying for a week or more that Michigan needed to beat NW AND Indiana to get in...Now that theyve done that SUDDENLY they are aying it doesnt matter....FU Lunardi, Jay Bilas and all the others that suddenly changed your tune....Do we have one more in us?   Yesterday on here I predicted we would beat Indiana...Even though Ive been down on them and certain players all year....When youve followed Michigan sports as long as I have you get certain feelings when and if things are going to happen and Ive been right way more than wrong..(Including losses) when it came time to make the actual predicition I predicted a win...Trying to figure out if we enough gas in the tank for 3 in a row as it looks like accoridng to many we still arent in...Leaning towards another upset but not quite there yet.....what think you?

Always somewhat satisfying to see Ohio State get destroyed and eliminated from NCAA consideration.  If you don't pay attention to the name on the jersey, that team in white they were playing is really fun to watch, they play the game the way it's supposed to be played.
