Citrus Bowl Tailgating Lot 1

For those that want to tailgate at the Citrus Bowl. We are buying Lot 1 parking passes. After some research some lots allow alcohol, music, grilling and some don't. We have found one that will allow for a longer tailgate and festivities. We will be in Lot 1 on S. Nashville Ave. http://www.capitalonebowlgame.com/portals/0/resources/14_C1BParking.jpg Lot opens at 7 am.

I booked my hotel tonight.....need to start looking at parking soon.  A couple of Penn State friends are coming along.  We're going to hit the Citrus Bowl on 01/01 and the Gator Bowl on 01/02.

The area around the stadium is not great and parking is very limited.  I highly reccomend getting a parking pass.  I have heard of folks driving around for hours looking for a spot.

Tampa had plenty of parking - this location is much different.

We just bought 4 parking passes in Lot 1 and it now appears to be sold out.  I live in Orlando and this parking situation is ridiculous.  Let's see if another "permit only" lot opens soon.  In any event, we look forward to tailgating with other Michigan fans.
