He is the #30 player in Ohio. Every year we work our way up to the #1 Ohio recruit. That should be around 2050.
I would say this fan base is sad sack, but I think most Michigan fans have better coping skills, and are starting to avoid this board like the plague. And I think the better posters who may read the threads are treating the comment section like it's YouTube.
So I'll revise - many of the fans in this thread are some sad sacks of shit.

Never fails to amaze me of all the negativity on here. I like reading well thought out posts. Good or bad. Whether I agree or disagree. But some here just love to vent. I know the program isn't quite were true Michigan fans want it to be, but it's 100 times better than 08-14
Markus Allen is a must get in my opinion. I trust Coach Harbaugh and his evaluation of this kid. His film is upper four star in my opinion. This would close the recruiting gap with Ohio if we get this kid.

I understand that we would like "higher" stars, but lets put things in perspective. As a poster pointed out that the staff are very good at identifying under the radar talent. Furthermore, I want kids that have a work ethic and some resolve to get better. Not one recruit stays the same, they develop while here. alot of these higher stars are more physically developed than the lower rated kids. That does not mean that they wont get bigger, stronger, faster etc. It just takes a little longer. What hurts us most is when players don't develop, regardless of stars. That's when glaring holes show up in position groups. Step away from the ledge and know that great athletes take different amounts of time to grow and develop. Its as much mental as physical. I want kids with a strong sense of purpose who get better every year. Mentally tuff enough to see the whole picture. Also dont forget that underwear camps miss a lot.
From what I hear, the guy is underrated and osu has shown interest, but since apparently you have to be a top 100 overall WR recruit to get an osu offer, he never got one. - I can’t and don’t break down film, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about this guy. I’m more than okay with taking an underrated talent with a chip on his shoulder who wants nothing more than to show osu they should’ve recruited him.
