B1G Basketball Tourn. and byes
Getting close to the time to be jockeying for position in the final B1G standings. Let's remember, in case anyone had forgot or wasn't aware, that this year there are only 4 teams getting byes in the B1G tournamant straight to Friday instead of 5. Which means 8 teams must play on Thursday, not 6. Just some food for thought. Go Blue!

5 of our remaining 8 on the road. ILL, OSU, and Purdue at home. MSU, NEB, NW, ILL, PSU on the road. I think we win 2 of 3 at home and 3 of 5 on the road. so 5-3 to finish out and 12-6 overall in conference play. That will be good enough for top 4.

NW is a tough place to play on the road, just ask sparty. My prediction is 11-7 and a 5 seed. Hope I'm wrong tho.

Beat MSU and split with Illinois and I think that we are in a pretty good position for a bye in the tournament. Fail to do one of those and we are still competing. Fail to do both and we are probably playing on Thursday.
