Except I'm not laughing.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:45 PM ^
Have we heard why he chose to leave? Am I missing something (probably)? I don't remember reading as to why he chose to leave the program.
December 21st, 2018 at 3:14 PM ^
I heard it was nothing serious or controversial. He hated Michigan winters, and last winter was one of the worst we had, and once it got cold this October it never really let up. I don't know if there was any underlying thing, but that's the extent of it. FWIW.
December 21st, 2018 at 3:39 PM ^
Soft. Harbaugh probably told him straight up he was soft. He got mad and left.
December 21st, 2018 at 4:40 PM ^
This would not surprise me in the least. He was injured most of his stay here and it seems to me they were little dings not serious and when he did play he certainly didnt live up to his billing. And if the cold chased him away well he is soft.
December 21st, 2018 at 4:12 PM ^
Good thing no NFL games are ever played in cold weather.
December 21st, 2018 at 9:44 PM ^
Is that what he would have told the Green Bay Packers if they drafted him? I don’t buy this weather bullshit.
December 21st, 2018 at 6:05 PM ^
Solomon was one of the players who was liking the tweets saying dark things were happening at Michigan and that they would come to light or whatever
December 21st, 2018 at 1:46 PM ^
Sucks.
Not going to lie.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:50 PM ^
It's a bummer to lose out on his talent, but if a player doesn't buy into what the coaches are doing, it's much better that he hits the road.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:15 PM ^
Yeah, I decided to look at his Twitter, and then I got pissed reading all the stupid-ass comments from our fans talking about bagmen and what a dumb decision he was making. Speculating here is one thing, but trashing the kid on his Twitter is a constant source of irritation.
Middle schoolers should stay off of Twitter...
December 21st, 2018 at 3:47 PM ^
I was unaware anything of substance was ever on twitter.
December 21st, 2018 at 4:44 PM ^
All people should stay off twitter. It is dragging society down to the level of the lowest common denominator.
December 22nd, 2018 at 11:04 AM ^
It mostly depends on who you follow on Twitter. If you follow idiots your feed will be full of idiocy.
December 22nd, 2018 at 12:28 PM ^
Also, if you follow idiots, you just might be one too.

Does Solomon have to sit out a year or is he eligible right away?
December 21st, 2018 at 2:56 PM ^
Sit out. No way there's a bs reason for him to be eligible immediately.
December 21st, 2018 at 3:10 PM ^
Tennessee feels he has a decent shot at a hardship waiver
December 21st, 2018 at 3:22 PM ^
Oh really??? That should be interesting. Maybe when he is a senior and Tennessee is given the death penalty.
December 21st, 2018 at 3:23 PM ^
This UT troll is funny. He big mad that Manning got stuffed by Woodson in college and then Brady in the NFL.
That goes without saying the shady af shit the Manning family did at UT blaming teammates for his sexual advances on the trainer. LOL
December 21st, 2018 at 3:23 PM ^
Based on what?
December 21st, 2018 at 4:45 PM ^
On the same thing their entire program is based on: hopes and dreams.
December 21st, 2018 at 3:32 PM ^
Your mother and uncle/father feel like you should've been aborted
December 21st, 2018 at 9:11 PM ^
UT can't even spell waiver.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:40 PM ^
Good luck to him there though that program is definitely behind ours.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:40 PM ^
Hmmm...
Go 5-7, end the year with blowout losses to college football powers Missouri and Vanderbilt, and get two 5 star recruits (assuming Crouch goes there) and get another former 5 star to transfer there.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:42 PM ^
Sounds legit.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:47 PM ^
SEC! SEC! SEC!
December 21st, 2018 at 1:44 PM ^
it’s Tennesee. They have been so good lately. I see nothing wrong here
December 21st, 2018 at 2:32 PM ^
Well.....in their defense they probably were able to stop slants and cross routes in their final game.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:36 PM ^
In our defense, those had to be a total surprise to us. It's not like Indiana had basically the same game plan the week before, just with much lesser athletes we were able to overwhelm.
Or wait, what?
December 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
Bagmen expanding their reach beyond high school prospects I see.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
Tennessee: The New UCLA
December 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
Tennessee has not been good for a decade, and now they have a high school defensive coordinator from MTV’s last good show as their Head Coach.
Doesnt make much sense for a guy of Solomon’s caliber but to each his own I suppose.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
Bye Felicia.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:49 PM ^
Buy Felicia...
December 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
OK What the fuck is up with Tennessee and riding our balls lately?!?!
Tennessee has started dropping mad bags recently and for whatever reason we are in the crossfire. First they take 4 star Gray, now they take former 5 star Solomon, and in a few hours they will get high 4 star Crouch. Also snatched up a 5 star from Georgia named Wanya Morris
And now getting interest from 2020 in state 5 star OL Justin Rogers who tweeted out a pic of himself in Tennessee gear today
They are legitimately targeting Michigan right now. Too much smoke for there to not be fire
December 21st, 2018 at 1:44 PM ^
They did not. Rogers just tweeted a photo of himself in Tennessee gear.
Guy was either OSU or Georgia and then magically posts that.
Can tell what his motives are since awhile back he said he's gonna do whatever it takes to "feed his family". Go where the bagmen are.
We should not touch that guy with a 10 foot pole.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:47 PM ^
"Feed his family" guy...
Georgia? Bidder 1
OSU? Bidder 2
Tenessee? Winning Bidder!
December 21st, 2018 at 1:48 PM ^
Edited thanks for the correction
December 21st, 2018 at 3:32 PM ^
I know there are some tea leaves but let's at least wait to see what Rogers does before we cast aspersions.
He's been on campus a lot (including within the last week) and looking somewhere else for depth chart reasons isn't crazy after Michigan took 6 OL this year.
December 21st, 2018 at 1:46 PM ^
They got Wanya? Someone go hide Shawn Stockman.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:15 PM ^
Did we just stop recruiting the state of Michigan?
Another kid in our back yard going elsewhere...
December 21st, 2018 at 2:30 PM ^
Other than Rogers, this is the risk you take recruiting in the south. It’s just different. Rogers issues are well documented and noted above.

Those who leave will pursue championships of life
December 21st, 2018 at 1:45 PM ^
The "Those who stay will be champions" old Michigan motto is kind of meaningless right now and borderline cringey considering we don't win any championships anymore. Im personally all for shelving that saying until we start winning things again
December 21st, 2018 at 1:50 PM ^
"...until we start winning things again"
I mean yeah, that's what we're all staying for.
December 21st, 2018 at 2:45 PM ^
"Champions in Life"
December 21st, 2018 at 2:54 PM ^
One of the docs i worked for told me this is a motto they use throughout the school. He told me it was something that they use to motivate people to persevere in life and get what they want. They use it as a tool to say “even if you don’t succeed at first doesn’t mean you have to give up” kinda thing...which i thought was interesting
