I am perfectly fine with PSU at #7. Hope the media pumps them up all week, and blows sunshine up their proverbial asses. All while continuing to parrot the stats of Harbaugh's record on the road and as the underdog, in addition to how Michigan has played uninspired football. This could work to Michigan's advantage IF they channel their inner belief and confidence that they can win this game. Watch the tape of last year's game. Michigan came out firing, and played with the utmost swag on both sides of the ball. What a fun game that was. Probably was the last game that I really got true satisfaction from a victory. All we can do is hope our boys come physically and mentally ready to play. GO BLUE!

Penn State did not BLOW Iowa out folks and they are NOT a dominant team! It does not matter about how Michigan played against Illinois either. Penn State will be hyped all week about the white out and how Michigan was hammered by Wisconsin.  Michigan can beat PSU if they put together a solid game plan. This is 100% on coaching and Harbaugh knows that a win on the road against a highly ranked PSU squad will be a season changer for his program and their mentality of losing on the road against good teams. It’s now crunch time for the division race and Michigan is still in it and they can beat Penn State.

What happened the last time a highly ranked Michigan played Iowa at night/away?

PSU looked at least as good at Iowa as Michigan did at home against Iowa. Michigan CAN beat PSU, for sure. PSU is easily the worst highly ranked team in the country and Franklin is a very mediocre coach. Away Michigan just sucks so badly that it's easy to see a loss.

The problem with all of this conjecture, is that Michigan is horribly inconsistent...

I think that's why we have the split of the fanbase, is there are brief moments of inspiration, then a lot of crap.

ILL 1st quarter is a great example of that inspiration... then the 2nd half happened; WTF?!

Looking at all the teams ranked around us and all the way back to 25 in the poll it is fucking pathetic what we do with our talent based on recruiting rankings

Frames Janklin isn't going to call off the dogs like Chryst did... Frames will run up the score after last year's result if he can - would not be surprised to see him go for a late TD in a blow out.

Michigan needs to bring their A game, coaches, players, hell, even the trainers and equipment staff...it will take a game i have yet to see on the road under Harbaugh to win

Doesnt matter, after we beat them...it won't count as a quality road win anymore. The goal posts will be moved again. Remember how we could never beat MSU....then it was we couldn't beat a ranked team,...until OSU goes down at our hands there will be no peace.

I doubt that the goal post would move this time.  We haven’t seen a win against a team like this in probably about 20 years.  There’s some good wins in Harbaugh’s tenure...if you look back to 15-16...but unbeaten PSU in a whiteout? I haven’t seen anything like that in a while.  I haven’t seen a big win as an underdog like that since we beat them in 2005, possibly.

OSU should be #1, though I hate to say it, they're meticulous in their execution, and play with purpose.
