Anyone else hear that Brady Hoke just became the Coach at Tennessee?

Supposedly Butch is out and Brady is in?

Mid-season buyout is over 8 Million for Butch. He ain't going nowhere until after the season - which means at the most - Hoke would get to coach a Bowl game. That's all.

I was listening to ESPNU radio and they were convinced he’d be gone by next week at the latest. They’re losing commitments left and right. Might as well make the change now and be actively searching for the next guy openly, with the hope of salvaging some of their recruiting class.

Hoke is named interim HC. He wins out, signs a great recruiting class, and then wins 11 regular season games in 2018. Enough to make the playoffs. Where he somehow beats Michigan in the NC game. Because live is cruel and fucked up.

Pete Finebaum was just on Mike and Mike saying that Butch will get fired (future tense) possibly after Alabama game if not at the end of the season.

Pete also had his weekly Michigan troll that I’m sure will be posted at some point today.

Anybody here have movie-making experience and want to join me in trying to get the rights to "The Brady Hoke Story." It's all kind of Forest Gump-ian. A good-natured, possibly dim-witted guy falls ass-backward into situations he's totally unqualified for in every sense, yet always manages to land on his feet in another adventure. You can't really get mad at the guy because he means well, and you realize it's not his fault; it's the fault of those around him that put him in such situations. In fact, you sorta root for the guy because he's so likable. Inevitably, hilarity ensues as we watch him obliviously optimistic as things crash down around him in flames.

I think this has great potential as a comedic, inspired-by-true-events screenplay.
