TN AG orders brothers to cease; threatens prosecution

The Tennessee Attorney General’s Office has ordered Matt Colvin and Noah Colvin of Hixson, Tennessee to stop buying and selling medical goods and products following reports of possible price gouging while an investigation into their actions is underway.

“We will not tolerate price gouging in this time of exceptional need, and we will take aggressive action to stop it,” said Attorney General Herbert H. Slatery III.

Colvin pledges to donate goods to 'first responders and churches'

Right now, Matt Colvin's website says it says the hand sanitzer will be "donated to a local church and first responders."

Do people realize that scrubbing your hands under running water for 30-40 seconds will do the job as well?  Even the soap isn't that important for it.

No, it doesn't get it off your skin actually. Soap and any detergent works because it disrupts the surface tension of the skin layer contaminants, which is what releases them to get washed off by the water. Soap also breaks apart lipid bilayers on the cell membranes of bacteria and envelopes of viruses, which water does not.
