Its technically doable though, isn't it? Besides shutting down the airports,
Close the bridge & tunnel at Windsor.
Close the bridge & locks at the Soo.
Get the Toledo War veterans to patrol the southern border with Ohio & the western border with Wisconsin.
Can we also raise the drawbridge at the Straits to keep the virus in the mitten?

It’s dudette.
& I’m so sorry that being from the UP I’m not familiar with all the SE MI-Canada crossings.
So shut down the Blue Water Bridge also.

Our school administrator (in Ohio) told us there is a strong possibility that we wont see our students again until August.

your school admin made a guess
I believe it. Even with social distancing, we're going to see the number of cases steadily increase in the US over the coming weeks. It's going to be very difficult politically to allow schools to reopen anytime soon.
That's to be expected anyway. So long as the recoveries go up as well, it's manageable.

Why was the other thread deleted? It had far more replies and information than this one.
Mod's are being pretty heavy handed here today, for reasons that I don't really understand. Deal with the barrage of trolls, that would be helpful...
Yeah, I don't know why they can't just delete individual posts and not have to nuke entire threads with some informative discussion.
Hey man, I tried to post this in the other thread, but when I tried to upload it, the tread had been nuked. I'm sorry for my comment. Generally, I'm pretty good about making the call to let pass an opportunity for a cheap chuckle when I have to take pains to soften something that would otherwise be pretty insensitive. I messed up on this one and apologize for the grief it caused. Without rehashing it all, I should have picked up on the fact that the topic was particularly personal to you, but didn't. I'm sorry.
Hopefully in before this thread gets nuked too...
It's cool, man. I didn't see anything that got out of hand, but I didn't follow it all day. I mean, I wasn't overly offended by anything I read in response to me, but I might have missed something.
If that's why it was nuked it seems overly harsh, but again I may have missed a reply or two. I appreciate the apology, it's accepted.
Mine was the username comment.

Oh, yeah no worries man. I was a wee bit trigger happy yesterday, maybe more on edge than I should be. Lots going on in my life outside of this pandemic that's taking over. Stay safe out there.
I work from home. Daughter told to work from home again next week. Just found out son is off for next 2 weeks. I can't travel!
Wrong thread deleted.
What? I live in Indiana, did they put up a barrier on I-69?
The poster dude lives in Utah. They still think having more than one wife (at the same time) is a good idea. Give the guy a break.
