2023 for Howard < 2020 for Harbaugh?
I see a lot of young teams that will be in the tournament this year, apparently it’s only an issue being young at Michigan, anywhere else it doesn’t matter!

You're on an amazing run here.
But you may need a new router or at least re-boot the one you have.

...Preach?
So… would you say you see a lot of young teams in the tournament?
and are you saying it for each young team you see in the tourney?
I see dead people

Excuse. You won't see the junior and senior classes of top level talent if you have any interest in recruiting at a high level. It's one or two and done. So do you think Juwan has done a good job this year? I think he deserves another year buy t stop with the excuses, this is big boy basketball.
SI hasn't be relevant in 20 years is a dying entity, jumped that shark and now takes a tabloid form...take it with a grain a salt and such.
When I read your posts, my brain translates it in Christopher Walken's voice. Beautiful.
I like cats a lot. I've always liked cats. They're great company. When they eat, they always leave a little bit at the bottom of the bowl. A dog will polish the bowl, but a cat always leaves a little bit. It's like an offering.
You know what scares me?
Marsupials do...
... because they're fast
THEY ARE FAST!
Pathetic!!! We just played Rutgers, not a top 10 team, but fucking Rutgers. You come out of the half and for 19 fucking minutes, not 9 minutes, you go 1 for 17, fuck that is beyond horrible. What were they doing during the half, hitting the bong pipe!
That is like the football team coming out of halftime and having 5 straight series where you fumble the ball on your 1st 3 plays of each possession. Just inconceivable!
Just a thought, but maybe it's partly bc the main 4 have to play almost the entire game (one with a bad ankle), and they've played 3 games and 3 OTs in the last week -- while traveling for all 3 games.
4 OT periods if you go back to the Wisconsin game, 2 OT in Illinois, and the one more in Indiana. That's a whole extra half of high-intensity basketball.
Please. Did you watch the pathetic effort?
Wait, what? Isn’t that what just happened to us in the CFP? Lol
Hopefully Howard is like Harbaugh and can figure out how to turn things around. But that hope is based entirely on one season and nothing else. After reading over and over again this season that Michigan was bound to figure it out by now based on that season, I’m not looking forward to those same people arguing that Howard is bound to turn things around based on that one season.
I would not necessarily get my hopes up trying to compare a first time head basketball coach that has won 54% of his games the last two years to a 20-year college/professional football coach who has won 72% of his college games and 70% of his NFL games and has been to numerous college and professional semi-finals.
Can we get Yaklich back?
Bring Beilein back as an assistant. It's a crazy idea, but not terribly crazy.

Yeah replace one old man with another who won’t recruit.
Fire Juwan… he’s the Hoke, Frost of Michigan basketball… so many want to believe he’s going to get it right, they are blind to see he’s not a good coach, and recruiting has gone downhill..
Gone downhill...because he hasn't yet matched the class of 21, which featured 2 of the 3 top recruits in Michigan basketball history, plus Kobe Bufkin?
This team finishes top 3 in the conference with Shannon. That's on the University. If our 5th starter or 6th man is Llewellyn, we probably make the tournament. That's bad luck. Neither is on Juwan.
His recruits have looked good -- Dug, Reed, and Jett this year. Two starters and a rotation player as freshmen. The expectations are just blown out of proportion for some reason. Jett was better than freshman Stauskas or Hardaway. Dug was better than freshman and sophomore Zavier Simpson. Reed was better than freshman Mo Wagner.
People act like Beilein just had his freshmen ready to go every class and Juwan is clueless. The guy is starting 1 upperclassmen stud, a soph, two freshmen, and a 5th starter who is probably the worst starter in the Big Ten regardless of who he puts there.
Think about what you just said….if Jett is better than Nik and THJ, Dug is better than Simpson and Reed is better than Mo comparing everyone’s first year then please explain why we finished 17-15? And before you say well those teams had other players, I’m gonna pre-respond with this team has more top-100 players than any of those teams.
10/11 team had 1 (Smotrycz)
12/13 team had 3 (Nik, GR3, Mitch)
15/16 team had 4 (Mo, Irvin, Walton, Chapman)
22/23 team had 7 (Kobe, Reed, HD, Dug, Jett, Baker, TW3) - fine you want to throw out Baker than I’m throwing out Kam.
Yeah but those teams had more experience, right? The 10/11 squad had Novak, Douglass, McLimans, Horford and Vogrich getting major minutes and they won 23 games and almost beat Duke in the NCAA tourney.
Well, the 12/13 team was loaded, right? Trey Burke was a sophomore not even rated a top 100 player out of HS and THJ was a junior not rated top 100 out of HS….top two players on 22/23 squad were same classes - HD and Kobe Bufkin, both rated in the top 40 respectfully.
The 15/16 squad won 23 games without arguably their best player in Caris nor Spike for large chunks of the season.
With all this talent - we managed 17 wins this year in a crap B10 season…think about that for a second….17 wins…
C'mon man. Juwan has like 3+ redshirt guys that don't even see the floor. Now do Beilein!!!

Yeah, why did the GM draft those guys?
You can't blame anyone but the head coach for the unplayable guys on this roster when. Sure, Beilein had misses, but not with this level of concentration.
??? my point is that JB guys played, often as true freshmen. how many JB guys completely flamed out? especially on the roster at the same time. howard literally has 4+ PF that can't play a lick in the big ten.
Found Fred Jackson’s MGoBlog account.
Preach RobM! Preach!
Losing sucks, but the fire Howard crew seem a little knee-jerk considering the context.
Just give it a rest
