This should be a damn good game...I like Washington they are a sleeper top 10 team

I'm so glad Washington's getting this recognition.

They've got a REALLY good team. They were so close in a lot of games last year and everyone got a year older and another year in the new system. The defense came along and they got a top QB to go along with 2 great WRs.

They're dangerous and I think the Pac-12 is wildly overrated this year. In fact, I wouldn't be surprise if Washington is the only team even close to the playoff hunt.

Clemson is gonna pluck Louisville's feathers tomorrow.  They're gonna shut down the QB scramble shit and it'll be game over after that.  Bet it's a blowout.

If Lamar Jackson is contained what do  you think happens to Louisville's point production?  Clemson is substantially bigger, stronger and faster than these guys.  Louisville took FSU by surprise I think...Clemson has lots of film to study.  I says blowout sir!  I got an apple for your horsey if I'm wrong.

Yea right...

Like Stanford, Clemson hasn't looked right ALL year.

Like Washington, Louisville's defense is solid.

It should be a great game. I think it'll be one of those games with an ugly first half where neither team looks great, but a national championship level 2nd half.

Read the trivia stat below.

He's EASILY a top 10 coach in CFB right now. He's one of the hottest names right now for college jobs and NFL jobs.

Let's try it...in no order in the groupings

#1-#3: Saban, Harbaugh, Meyer

#4-#10: Swinney, Fisher, Dantonio, Petersen, Patterson, SHAW....who else?

Herman? Freeze? BERT? Old Man Snyder? Strong? Cheatin Petrino? Sumlin? Wittingham?

He's clearly a top 10 coach and it's not even close.

I just listed every decent or better head coach I could think of...help me out here, I did most of the work.

Check the facts, do you not see that stat about wins versus AP ranked teams?

You're trolling. He's clearly a top 10 coach and does it at Stanford, without the SEC bagman.

You don't have to like him. That's fine, I don't like Dantonio or Meyer, but at least I can admit they're good fucking football coaches.

Your opinion. But there is no way he's below Petrino, IMO...one good year with an amazing QB.

Freeze cheats and still can't win enough to make BCS/Playoff level bowls.

BERT? LOL ...may as well say Butch Jones. (don't say Butch Jones)

Herman and Sumlin are interesting...Herman is obviously hot right now, Sumlin...I don't think he's better than Shaw, but I wouldn't fight you over it.

Herman is hot right now, but Shaw has more wins over ranked teams in his first 5 years than anyone right now. So it's kind of the same thing...Herman also gets to play in the AAC and get his team up for big game. Shaw has had to take on Oregon at it's height, while the rest of the Pac-12 is usually pretty decent...and DEEP (just not this year).

And what has Charlie Strong done to show he's better than Shaw?

Wittingham is the only one I'd add to the #4 to #10 group and that would give you 10. Unless you want to add Brian Kelly, and I'm not willing to add Brian Kelly.

He padded his numbers in a bad C-USA and Big East, but even without that he had 2 great years at Arkansas, one ended up in the BCS.

And now he's off to a hot start at L'ville this year. Every other post C-USA/Big East year has been "average" (I consider 8-4 average and 6-6 a bad year) or terrible as he was building the program.

David Shaw is one of three coaches with 20 or more wins against AP ranked teams in his first 5 seasons. Can you name the other two? No cheating if you saw the answer earlier in pregame coverage.

Just wished he would have opened up the playbook a little bit more in the 2000's. There was enough talent on offense to spread it out, and air it out, all day long. Probably would have won a few more against the Nuts and a couple more Rose Bowls to boot.
