The thing is, these 4 teams in the SEC East are basically interchangable. Some may have more talent that others, but they all play identically mediocre footall lately:
Florida
Georgia
Tennessee
Kentucky
There is nothing that distinguishes one from the other, other than Georgia recruiting Top 5 classes, and Kentucky notably behind the other 3 in recruiting.
These four teams are basically the SEC version of Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Northwestern. With Wisconsin being the top dog of the 8 teams listed. Ironic that we get to see Florida vs Iowa and Nebraska vs Tennessee.

So, TCU, has no run defense...
December 30th, 2016 at 2:45 PM ^
I haven't been paying close attention, but it sure seems like his team is much bigger, faster, and stronger. Only disadvantage (which is considerable) is a freshman quarterback who hasn't figured it out yet. Looks like the coaching staff finally realized that they can run all over TCU.
Which is why it would be so great if Georgia can find a way to lose.

TCU is really bad.

Georgia guy stops, jumps in to the TCU guy helmet to helmet, knocks him out. Finebaum must be in the box doing replay for all of the SEC games.
December 30th, 2016 at 3:19 PM ^
FUCK the SEC.
December 30th, 2016 at 3:19 PM ^
PI?
Nah. SEC teams can't be penalized

Credit to Georgia's running game in the 2nd half, but IMO TCU really blew that game. Missed XP, missed FGs, and weak fumbles when they're moving the ball on Georgia's side of the field killed them.

Stanford vs. North Carolina: (arguably) the best academic school in the Power 5 vs. (unquestionably) the biggest academic fraud in the Power 5.

I don't like it, but I think you're spot on. I think a lot of Nebraska's success was built on a soft schedule and some really friendly breaks.
December 30th, 2016 at 3:42 PM ^
Well, yeah. They beat teams that sucked and lost to anybody with a pulse.
December 30th, 2016 at 3:55 PM ^
Tennessee is not a good football team. Nebraska will win the game.
