all the kid has to do is provide written documentation that he got run off and he doesn't have to sit out a year. times this has been used? probably none.

I'm not sure why a school like Alabama would ever provide documentation that they "ran off" a player from their team. Wouldn't that be tantamount to admitting that they're oversigning?
