Agree - probably not a diary, though. Could have posted in the game thread or in the appreciation thread, instead.
Yes, it was an error to post as a diary. I posted before the appreciation thread was started. I’m a disabled stroke victim and I have involuntary muscle tremors. I use an iPad and the Diary and Message Board fields are close together. After I discovered my mistake, I couldn’t correct it with an edit that would convert the diary post to a Board post. Sorry about the error, but not sorry about wishing well-deserved kudos to the remarkable women’s team for their extraordinary game and year.

Hey, no worries and so sorry about your disability. I am not disabled, but I too have accidentally posted in diaries when I wanted to post on the board. And I think we are not the only ones, by far, to make that mistake. :)

Absolutely! Great proud impressive fight.

Totally agree. Those women played their hearts out. They share the same focus on defense that the men's team has. That the Baylor team was the unanimous pick to win this game and by a large margin, aside from the Michigan crowd, is testament to the fabulous job they did to control the tempo and keep the Baylor ladies away from the basket. Wish there had been a little more of Leigha in the first half. Wish there had been a few less turnovers. But hard to complain, given that they still had a good chance to win this game either at the end of regulation or especially in the overtime. They just needed the ball to bounce their way one more time.
A great effort to build on for next year and the future. Now that they know they can go beyond what has been accomplished in the past, they should have even more confidence to gain loftier goals. Needless to say, a great coaching job from Kim Barnes Arrico along with the work of the players. Go Blue!
Amen. The were so close. They played so hard. They had the whole state of Texas sweating!
Agree about the turnovers, but Baylor has the talent that caused them.
Looking forward to them taking the next step in recruiting, to the Elite Eight and then the Final Four
Hail!
Women's team just set the bar high for total tenacity.
Hope it is good inspiration for the rest of our teams, basketball or otherwise.
Go Blue!

Great team with some great players looking forward to them growing even more next year. It took a while but Coach KBA seems to really have it going.

Can you believe how close Baylor came to knocking out UConn? Speaks volume about the level UM's WBB was playing at.
Future is bright, Go Blue!
For the record I have better hair than Trevor Lawrence does
