You're not winning a NC with this kind of talent. Next year is shaping up as do or die."
However, because I must have missed the obvious post, can you point it out to me..........you know the one that said we had 22 of these fine young men all ranked the same. I will admit, I'm just too damn lazy to look it up myself. Must be in a heavy traffic area, the way you pointed it out so quickly. Do you think someone should call Coach Harbaugh and let him know???

Kid looks pretty damn good to me. But yeah, a hello post is definitely the best time to bash a kid because of star ratings. /s

I think that says he was offered, not that he committed.

No offense, but he is no AJ Carter. - Said No One Ever

Twitter account definitely says he is "committed", but 247 doesn't have him as such, or as a part of our class yet. I am sure it will reflect as such soon, unless dude is doing some very wishful thinking.
**Edit** 247 just refelected him as committed. Welcome to the tribe Young Buck!

Yep, you're right. Was just looking up and down his feed and didn't look right under his pic.
My bad!

Pinned his offer tweet but his bio says commit
December 18th, 2017 at 6:06 PM ^
It says that he is a Michigan commit under his picture.

Interesting, it shows he was offered just 2 days ago?

Hopefully he has more success than the last MSU basketball recruit our football team stole.

I'm not sure how good Kansas City football is, but he was the player of the year.

Park Hill HS ranks 8th in Missouri and 246th nationally. Pretty good level of competition.

since it's been shown over and over again statistically that stars matter and are valid indicators of talent.
They matter, but are not solely predictive of course, and good recruiters opinions can matter more than analyst ratings. I'm a star guy because they are valid, but I'll take
Jim Harbaugh's opinion over ratings ultimately. I wouldn't take other coaches...
December 19th, 2017 at 10:30 AM ^
This kid was committed to another school as a basketball player, so the services haven't been paying attention to him. So, in this case the stars don't mean much.

Sounds like you're describing Fred Biletnikoff. Or any of a dozen Hawkeyes who have destroyed us over the years.

He's in the NFL Hall of Fame and the award for the best WR in college is named after him. If Biletnikoff in his prime had been on Michigan's roster this year he would have been starting. And we would have been happy about it.
