never, ever seen a team with this many penalties, almost all of them righteous calls and stupid plays by us.

That reminds me of my son. He walked into the first class of his junior year and blurted out "Oh My God I hate every one of you!". He didn't realize he said it out loud until the teacher said "Ok, Graham. That's good to know"...
Thanks for the memory lol

Zebras have been terrible both ways. Harbaugh clearly doesn't trust O'korn. We will play D and try to grind out a win. It is brutal to watch but our D is really good. If this is what we are going to get I'd love to see Peters so he gets some experience. O-line seems like they have been ok so far.

A TD to start the half could effectively end the game.
I was laughing the entire time I was typing that comment

its simple...take the 2nd half kickoff march it down the field score and put the nail in the coffin

Can we just run 5-wide, run it up the middle once, than punt?

In what fucking world is Indiana a good defense? Jesus christ the mental gymnastics people like you go through every single week to forgive this shitty excuse of an offense are incredible.
October 14th, 2017 at 2:05 PM ^
Folks are acting like it's the same defense that Hoke put up 40-whatever on that one year. They're not. They're better. They might even be good. Our offense has struggled against middling defenses...so why should we expect something more than the current pace of 26 points this game? With our D that would be more than enough. Just win the game.

Becasue teams are supposed to show improvement over the course of the season?

I see 80+ points given up to the two teams with a pulse they've played. Or do we taken into account jugernauts like Georgia Southern and Charsleston Southern?
October 14th, 2017 at 2:09 PM ^
80+ points given up to teams not named Georgia Southern and Charleston Southern, explain how that's good?

#22 in S&P, so that's one world.

THANK YOU. Honestly the biggest problem was penalties...but the refs are partially to blame (seriously, they threw WAY too many flags. Three on one play? WTF is that???)

Blaming refs is a bitch move. You want to call out a play or two? Fine. This wasn't that. Start asking for accountability from players and staff instead of living in fantasy land.

It is 2 PM and a noon game that is not a high scoring Big 12 mess has not kicked off the second half yet. Death to ESPN.

I bet he is better in game than JOK. I bet Peters, Speight, and McCaffrey are too. I have always thought he was not good.

New thread new half no M penalties
October 14th, 2017 at 2:04 PM ^
I have never seen a team get three penalities called on it in one play.
October 14th, 2017 at 2:07 PM ^
so we got that going for us.
October 14th, 2017 at 2:05 PM ^
166 total yards. Only 53 passing. Whoop. Dee. Doo.
October 14th, 2017 at 2:07 PM ^
And seemingly shortening the playbook. Quick outs, lots of running plays. We can and will win if we are in these kinds of games. The penalties are frustrating and still in a dominating spot
