Further proof that Miggy is the best.
Miguel Cabrera interacting with a fan at last night's game. Little kid was awesome too. That's definitely one aspect of baseball I love. Wish we'd see more players willing to interact (positively) with fans.
EDIT:
My bad. I didn't realize the video didn't embed in the OP. It's not letting me add it now.
I posted a comment below with the embed.
Sorry, folks.
One of my favorites of Miggy. Hugs one fan, then tells another to shut up. The guy's hilarious.
I am so confused. That's definitely not from last night. The Indians are in Colorado, and Uribe definitely doesn't play for them anymore.
Keep going down.
That sounds vaguely familiar.
ha, priceless look on that fans face
Damn double-post.
That this couldn't be more OT and out of left field than Dolphins are great swimmers.
I'm really not sure where you're coming from. Did I miss something?
This is OT season, right?
This happened last night. How is it out of left field?
What am I missing here?
You assume everyone saw what happened last night, and then show a video from the Cleveland series that had nothing to do with last night. But Miggy is great, and dolphins are really good swimmers.
Damn. It showed before I hit save. Now, it's not letting me put it in the OP.
Here it is.
I see you, PopeLando, I see you.
This is really OT, but I agree Miggy is great for baseball not only because he is one of the best hitters in history, but also because he is a ginormous child who loves the game and shows every night that it doesn't have to be a slow, boring 4 hour snooze fest. In a time where Baseball is struggling to engage people like Football and Basketball do, the MLB could use a lot more Miggys (just skip the early alcoholic years, boys).
You may not, but I'm sure his wife, children, and liver would love to.
The worst part was that after his interacation with the fan, he grounded into a double play and ended a rally when the Angels were only leading 1-0.
Didn't want to be the only kill joy.
