Eggplant is gross. It's like eating a thick band-aid.

Your opinion is just incorrect. If this were back in the day, we would settle this Burr-Hamilton style.

Eggplant is for people who don't know what chickens and cows are for.
edit: They are for eating. Because they taste good.

Stu's right. Eggplant sucks. Yeah, anything tastes great when you smother it in fat.

I love eggplant, but +1 anyway because that's hilarious.

Eggplant parm is my go-to at any Americanized Italian restaurant. Very underrated. It is the Glasgow of the Olive Garden menu. Not sexy, not a lot of publicity, never disappoints.

Isn't all food best when it's homemade by people who know what they're doing?

This is why I called it "Americanized Italian"

My wife (the avatar) and I honeymooned in Paris. Before we went a friend of mine gave me the name of a resturant he said we absolutely HAD to go to while we were there. One night I ask the concierge of our hotel how to get to the place and his face looked like I just ripped a wet fart. He started to pronounce the name of the place and then stopped and looked at me and said "you do NOT want to go there" When I asked him why he said "It's a French Olive Garden".

Gosh, I fu**ing hate eggplant. I hate ratatouille because I hate eggplant. I hate eggplant skin. I hate the slimy innards. Make the parm with chicken and fresh mozzarella. No eggplant.

Speaking of eggplant and Asian men, roast some eggplant, then throw it in a food processor with garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. It's great on crackers.
