Me haz a sad.
Such a great actor. What a tragic waste.
September 18th, 2015 at 5:36 PM ^
What was a waste? Selfishly I would have loved him to live longer and act in many great films, but you could argue he lived more in his time here on earth than many will ever get to. We all make destructive choices of varying levels, but I would hardly say anything about his life was a waste.

At least the rain will help slow down UNLV's electric passing attack.

their usual run down about an hour and 30 minutes before gametime. Plenty of time and to pack and prep for the game.
September 18th, 2015 at 5:15 PM ^
That was true last year. She has been better this season about the timing, posting on Thursday evening for Utah and early Saturday morning/lat Sunday night last week.
September 18th, 2015 at 3:48 PM ^
A rainy morning (sorry tailgaters) should give way to clearer skies by kickoff and temps should hover in the mid-60's for much of the game.
The brisk (15-20MPH, NNW) wind will keep things feeling cool and could restrict offenses attempting to pass or kick toward the north endzone. A few errant kicks due to odd wind swirls wouldn't be out of the question on either endzone.
Also, it probably wont snow tomorrow, but this is Michigan, fer-gosh-sakes
Back to you, Devin.

BYU makes a living off of arm punting to their 6'5" WRs and not much off their running game. Slop might be favorable for the good guys in that one.
September 18th, 2015 at 3:48 PM ^
Could this be the first time a team scores negative points?
September 18th, 2015 at 3:51 PM ^
I was just on the NWS site - it looks like the worst of the rain is expected between about 2 AM and 5 AM with precipitation potential taking a severe dip right before kickoff (estimate is about 20% at noon). If their hourly projection is right, the worst of the wind (gusts to near 30 MPH) will be during the game.

Only Valyrian steel, maybe dragon glass, can kill a Harbaugh coached team.
UNLV has neither. Just a roster of weak sellswords and hill people.
September 18th, 2015 at 4:02 PM ^
I just had to cancel my plans to fly in for the game this weekend. I should not be this bummed about missing a game against UNLV, but I am. I'm really bummed. Maybe it was because I was really happy we didn't have any MAC teams on the schedule for once.

comes from 'Good Morning Vietnam" . Parroting Robin Wiliams is apparently going to be his schtick.
September 18th, 2015 at 4:34 PM ^
love that movie.
In reagrds to the weather, there was a funny tweet going around last night showing the hourly forecast from weather dot com where it showed rain hour after hour until noon where all of a sudden its supposed to be sunny. The accompanying quote said something to the effect of "after 16 straight hours of rain, Harbaugh said 'Let there be football'" . I LOL'ed. Cool story bro!

Any chance of rain is supposed to be gone by 10:00 AM. Now let's go to Bernie Smilovitz and Sports Bloopers.

Should be spotty showers. It currently looks like the worst of the rain will be overnight (10pm through 5am) tonight and as the day progresses tomorrow the chances for precipitation drop. The worst of the precipitation appears to be staying to the north and west of us.
September 18th, 2015 at 8:56 PM ^
Per Soulfire21: "The worst of the precipitation appears to be staying to the north and west of us."
This means it's only going to rain in the student section!

Should only impact tailgating. Worst case scenario maybe the 1st quarter could be wet, but the vast majority of the game should be dry, mid-60s. That's what I call good football weather!
