Malzone is a better passer right now, but Gentry has the physical tools that Malzone doesn't.

I only saw him bail out of a perfectly good pocket once, unless you consider designed runs and escaping blitzers "bailing". Are we even watching the same video? And his throws have enough zip on them and it can get better with practice. Very few players come out of high school ready for the NFL.
