Best of luck to Ace, who has been great for a decade on all manner of sports, and who is great for getting certain people to tell on themselves.

I'll miss his writing here, especially when basketball starts up again. Best of luck Ace and thanks for all of your insightful commentary.

Damn, really going to miss his recaps. I always looked forward to those hitting the front page an hour or 2 after gametime. Always seemed to perfectly incapsulate what went down and the pivotal moments.

Good luck Ace. Your Michigan content will be missed around here.

Good luck to Ace.  Didn't always agree with him but he's a good writer and passionate about UM.  Hopefully he'll find a nice landing spot.

You really have to look at Ace collectively, and when you do so, I think you'll see he's an alright person.  Lately he's been insufferable, but he's a good writer and contributed well to this blog.  He'll be missed in one way or another.

I enjoyed Ace's contributions to this blog immensely, and since I don't participate in the twitter-verse or other social, that is all I know of him.

Wow. Didn’t see that coming. As much as I had come  to disagree with him not appreciate his general attitude lately, I am genuinely surprised by this action.

Even considering my issues with him recently, he’s been a great asset to the blog and is clearly a very talented individual. I truly wish him the best in a future career and especially his health.

Good luck and best wishes to Ace.

I enjoyed his contribution to the site...i never felt the urge to tweet @ him so I am out of the loop as to why some people don't like him...being off twitter and facebook has its benefit.

Can we get an "Exit: Ace Anbender" post to make it official?

Good luck to Ace in his future endeavors. His articles were great and it was a joy to listen to him on the podcasts.

Ace is a talented writer and his contributions will be missed, especially during basketball season.

I wasn't a fan of some of his non-sports takes but it wasn't that hard to just skip over it.

Wish him the best whatever is next.
