That's gotta be a record

Jordan Elliot to the Browns in 3rd. As a cleveland born michigan fan in detroit, holy fucking hell. Couldnt get him to stick to his commitment to michigan. He flames out at Texas and goes to Mizzou. Now I 'get' him with the browns in the 3rd. Fuck, where's my wallet I've been robbed

Im obviously also an Ohio born UM fan living in Dallas area now. I lived in Grand Prairie when Harbaugh was doing satellite camps and he did one there when Okudah was at South Grand Prairie HS up the street from me. Idk what they're selling at Ohio State but our CB pipeline was looking bright for a while. Has gotten depressingly dim while osu sends another 2 corners in the first fucking round!

LOL just last week the idiots here were calling him a bust. Chalk up another W to the recruiting rankings.
April 24th, 2020 at 11:48 PM ^
You molest collies.
How in the fuck is this "chalk up a W for recruiting rankings?" He played at UM, meaning they successfully recruited him, and then he left to get closer to home for family stuff. That doesnt even make sense. You are reaching. At least usually you have some truth to things but your just a dick about it. Now you dont make sense and are an asshole.

I think you are confusing “bust” with “transfer.”

that pick was traded 3 times

They just took another TE.

I loved Devin. He was a tremendous blocker with great ability to get vertical. Really was a shame when he transferred. I think we beat Penn state with him and the others you mentioned. And maybe give Wisconsin more of a game.

I'm just here to laugh at all the people who claimed McKeon was better. What a bunch of morons.
April 25th, 2020 at 12:55 AM ^
Well that’s very pathetic of you
It’s maizen. Expect no better.
Who ever said McKeon was better? I remember nothing but sorrow at Asiasi's departure. You really are irrational.
"Irrational" is the nicest thing anyone has said about this complete asshat in years.

Here you go. https://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/2021-de-tj-guy-announcing-tomorrow
Shoutout to the shitheads mich_wolv95 and blueheron who laughed at the idea Devin Asiasi was considered a hit on the recruiting trail.

Wow. Dude, you need a hobby. A different hobby. This isn't healthy.
April 25th, 2020 at 10:01 PM ^
It's hard to follow exactly what point they're making, but neither of them say McKeon is better than Asiasi.
Get a life man. This is pathetic

After a year in New England with Belichick, Devin will get homesick and ask to be traded to a California based team.
April 25th, 2020 at 12:56 AM ^
I think a family member had health problems and was the reason he got so homesick and had to leave to be closer to home.
His grandma was sick. Unless he was raised by his grandma, not really a valid reason to pick up and move back home. Probably just homesick, but grandma was an excuse to get immediate eligibility. Probably not a great career move, but he still got drafted so didn't hurt him that much.
Or just gets a 4th down spot, a PI call, not dropped a snap to the punter. The list goes on and on.
To answer your question OP- no, Asiasi makes no appreciable difference to our offense. Did McKeon clearly cost us any games? No
St Juste wasn't going to be medically cleared
You don't think a better in line blocking tight end that's drafted in the 3rd, from a program that took Speight to upgrade their offense, improves what became a really potent running game in the second half of the year? Perhaps he produces numbers in a better offense that garner him 2nd round consideration. What appreciable difference could that production have made to this offense?
Having Asiasi doesn't change the Wisconsin or Ohio State debacles. Shea was still Shea and 1st year Gattis offense was still 1st year Gattis offense. (and Don Brown vs Ryan Day is still the same as well) Maybe you can picture a world where Asiasi gets us to win Penn State, but a bunch of different things could've swung Penn State our way
April 25th, 2020 at 10:52 AM ^
Had a shitty QB who couldn't hit an open receiver to save his life. A tight end would have made 0 difference in results.
A 300 lb NFL tight end would not make any tangible difference helping block Chase Young. Game plan is no different. The TE room and the front 6 blocking as a whole would not perform any better with another sure fire early round NFL player in the mix in practice and on Saturdays. We need more dudes

Did you see AJ Dillon to the Green Bay Packers? He was a good RB for BC. I wish he had come here.
Enjoy going back to a cold climate, kid. Couldn't escape it forever.
