SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS WITH AGGRESSION?

I prefer solving problems with intelligence. What do the Don Brown apologists have to say tonight?

I am not advocating that Brown be cut loose, but he sure as heck doesn't get a pass.  It's his problem to fix along with Harbaugh.  It is a constant source of frustration to watch a team like MSU with 2-3 star talent on defense outplay our defense against common opponents.

Watch what other teams are doing and learn something!

COACHING is a problem with Michigan.  Does Wisconsin pay their players more than Michigan? Get off your high horses and start recruiting football players. The problem isn't that we don't play our players. The problem is our coaching and higher ups don't know what they are doing.

I agree with the aggression in general. But how you scheme that aggression makes all the difference. You, indeed, need to play smart as well.

Otherwise, this is why the CFP needs to be expanded and this is exactly why the elite programs want it to stay as it is.

This is Wisconsin's second game against OSU. Game 1 they lost by 31 points - were the UW coaches bad then?  Did they get a lot smarter, or did they have weeks to go over the film and make adjustments?   Would n'tbe great if we could have a stout DT to help stop the run, but I don't think this game is an indictment of anyone.

Wisconsin can run the ball.  That is a key factor.  No other team, including Wisconsin earlier, could run the ball.  In addition, Wisconsins WRs are catching the ball.

I am enjoying this though!

No, a loss is not just a loss. How badly you lose, or how badly your O/D play, reflects on the coaches and the team - the same way winning does. That’s why you have guys running up the score for the playoff committee. They wouldn’t do so if a loss was just a loss or a win was just a win. It matters how you win or lose.

It’s a lot different to lose a game by giving up 7 as opposed to 70. I don’t understand how it’s difficult to understand that the DC would be graded more poorly after the latter performance.

FACT: Don Brown’s defenses have been statistically overrated since he doesn’t take out starters until garbage time, even during blowouts. Downside is this hampers development of younger players.

JFC. This is clearly an OSU hangover.

OSU put a ton of focus and energy into 11/30/2019.

Tonight was an afterthought to OSU. They assumed they would just roll in Indy and kick the shit out of WI again.

They were wrong.

If they get boat raced in the 2nd half then I don’t think they should make the CFP.

Put the winner in the CFP.

Power 5 Conference winners should get auto bids.
