This could be big for Jake. They're moving on from tannehill so he could compete for actual PT
January 12th, 2019 at 6:11 PM ^
Nothing against Jake, but Collin Kaepernick's sister could compete for PT at Miami. They are just not good. Laughable at best. But good for Jake.

Good for him. He will be able to go to medical school debt-free, not many people can do that. What a surprisingly long ride he is getting in the nfl - hope it keeps going like the energizer bunny...
January 12th, 2019 at 4:23 PM ^
Always thought that was a great play for Jake--hang around the NFL for a few years holding a clipboard and wearing a baseball hat. If he's just able to do that he can buy a house and pay for medical school.

Cool. Now Harbz can reunite with Jake in 2020.

It's just satire on low-hanging fruit provided by the OP. No intent to anger anyone.
January 12th, 2019 at 2:44 PM ^
maybe you're like that guy in good morning vietnam that tries to tell robin williams what comedy is.
me thinks you don't get it either. or, you do get it but you are so troubled that you feel it necessary to troll another team's board with juvenile commentary. seriously, go have fun, get a hobby, spend some time with a loved one, but stop this foolishness.

You probably think the Lieutenant Steve and Frenchy bit is hilarious.

Harbaugh did wonders for Rudock.
January 12th, 2019 at 4:56 PM ^
I think Rudock did wonders for Rudock.

I think Rudddock did wonders for Rudock
January 12th, 2019 at 6:14 PM ^
I’m sure Jake would honestly tell anyone he would not be in the NFL if not for the coaching of Jim Harbaugh.
January 14th, 2019 at 12:16 PM ^
Ruddock lost his job at Iowa. He owes everything to Harbaugh. Jim is the best QB developer in the nation. Period!
January 12th, 2019 at 2:30 PM ^
love rudock. saw a freep article that suggested we trade stafford to the broncos for von miller. i'd do that and get rudock (rudddock) back.
January 12th, 2019 at 8:11 PM ^
Completely unbalanced trade on the Broncos behalf, not to mention idk why anyone would pick up Stafford
January 12th, 2019 at 2:33 PM ^
I hope Miami gives Rudock the opportunity to succeed that he deserves and that the Lions someday soon regret the decision they made to pass him up in favor of that retread Matt Cassel.
January 12th, 2019 at 2:42 PM ^
Smart move
January 12th, 2019 at 2:49 PM ^
Glad for him!
January 12th, 2019 at 2:58 PM ^
Good for him, I was pissed when the lions went with Cassel. I'd like to see Ruddock given a real chance to start in the NFL.
January 12th, 2019 at 3:06 PM ^
Great Move for Jake. He was able to escape the Lions
The lions are organization of assholes who are arrogant and in over their heads. Quinn and their rookie coach Patricia are flat out fucking buffoons.
January 12th, 2019 at 5:29 PM ^
Nothing more truthful that this. Facts. Real news.
January 12th, 2019 at 3:47 PM ^
you misspelled Ruddddock
January 13th, 2019 at 11:21 AM ^
God Dammit, it's Ruuuock. No D people! Idiots!
January 12th, 2019 at 3:57 PM ^
Good for Jake, he represented our University well in the short time that he was here

Congrats, good luck, and enjoy the weather Jake. Go Blue!
January 12th, 2019 at 5:12 PM ^
Jake was born and raised in the Miami area so as an added bonus, he is going home.
January 12th, 2019 at 6:08 PM ^
Good for Jake I guess, considering it is the tire fire that is Miami. He is definitely an upgrade from anything else there has been in Miami imo. Talk about a fall from grace for a once proud organization. Miami has become a joke of a football team. Bottom line is as long as Ross is the owner the Dolphins will remain a joke. The last few HC hires have been epic failures and looks like the next hire will be highly questionable as well.
January 12th, 2019 at 6:25 PM ^
Yeah, Miami has been very disappointing. 2 playoffs in last 16 years (1 every 8) , which were losses in wild card round. As far as Ross being an NFL owner goes, at least he makes big donations to Michigan.
January 12th, 2019 at 8:24 PM ^
Credit where credit is due on the donation aspect, but as a NFL owner there is a lot of room for improvement for sure.
January 12th, 2019 at 6:57 PM ^
Congratulations Jake! Wish you luck!
Go Blue
January 14th, 2019 at 12:11 PM ^
If Jim would have had Rudock for another year they’d have definitely beat Ohio
