Bailey + Gray will be a strong pairing for UT. Best of luck to them.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:39 PM ^
You can say that again.

Come on people, that was funny!
December 1st, 2018 at 1:06 PM ^
We're in way better position than UT. These kids may be great high school players, but there's no guarantee that's going to translate to anything. I live an hour south of Nashville--UT fans are entrenched in the 13th circle of the BPONE.
Best of luck to them
December 1st, 2018 at 2:43 PM ^
Really? I thought I learned last night that McCaffrey was “guaranteed” to be at least Patterson’s equal right now based on 15 college passes and how he did in high school? Are you saying that person is crazy??
December 1st, 2018 at 8:33 PM ^
We're football fans. We're all crazy. But you, my friend, take the crazy cake.
December 1st, 2018 at 9:10 PM ^
Cake? I thought it was a train?
Wait. I don't want that clown pulling a train...

I think the writing has been on the wall with this for the last few weeks. We’ll be alright with or without him.
Best of luck to him, wherever he goes.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:38 PM ^
well this came out of the clouds.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:47 PM ^
...you must live in west Michigan.
December 1st, 2018 at 5:25 PM ^
This is clearly because we lost to Ohio State this year.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:39 PM ^
Well that sucks
December 1st, 2018 at 12:39 PM ^
Well I don't respect that decision, so there.

"no love lost" between Gray and the coaching staff. Doesn't that mean they don't like each other? Did he mean that?
December 1st, 2018 at 12:50 PM ^
I read it as there were no hard feelings between them.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:51 PM ^
It looks like he meant it literally.
It's obvious from the context he doesn't know how that phrase is typically used.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:04 PM ^
The Michigan Difference. He will not learn that at UT. He may learn about biscuits, gravy, and thinly-veiled racism, however.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:09 PM ^
Nothing wrong with a BA in girls in sundresses though
December 1st, 2018 at 2:29 PM ^
What's that about biscuits and gravy now?
December 1st, 2018 at 11:19 PM ^
And they'll learn about getting pork stomped in rivalry games, unlike if they went to Michigan. Errrr, d'oh!
December 1st, 2018 at 1:37 PM ^
If no love is lost, then all the love is still there. The phrase has been misused the last couple hundred years. Kind of like: I could care less.
December 1st, 2018 at 2:10 PM ^
'I could care less', as a kid that one confused me in a way I couldn't comprehend. Or could comprehend but didn't want to talk about it and risk embarrassing myself.
December 1st, 2018 at 2:34 PM ^
"No love lost" and "could care less" are not comparable cases.
While the meaning of "no love lost" has narrowed in recent centuries, it is not generally misused: That "no love is lost" between two people suggests that, e.g., while their relationship has ended, love has not been diminished--because they never loved each other in the first place.
"Could care less" is illogical and is the evident result of the inattentive misuse of "could not care less."

What Gulo said^
December 1st, 2018 at 7:28 PM ^
A ridiculous assertion for sure... Imagine if the saying were "no hate lost", because there was never any hate. Poppycock.
December 2nd, 2018 at 12:44 AM ^
That's probably why we don't say "no hate lost"...
Natural language isn't logical. If I say "I didn't eat ALL of the cookies." Logically, it just means there's some cookie(s) I didn't eat. It would be entirely possible I didn't eat any. But when we say that we're implying we ate some of the cookies.
December 2nd, 2018 at 10:05 AM ^
It is also possible that there were never any cookies to eat, which would support your reasoning. But, if you are talking about eating all of the cookies, it seems that there should at least be some cookies, right?
It is what it is, because it's exactly fucking backward, which is not surprising to me at all.

Also looks like An insider (maybe sam) switched crystal ball for Harrison from Michigan to undecided...crazy how one loss affects recruiting for Michigan but not for teams like Tennessee and Florida with mediocre seasons. Hoping there isn’t as much attrition as is being implied because it’s not looking good on the remaining players on the board and I’m not to excited about grabbing plan c players if there’s going to be hope of beating OSU ever again
December 1st, 2018 at 12:47 PM ^
You aren't talking about Gray are you? He's been gone for at least a month. Hell when he didn't make it up for Penn St he was a foregone conclusion.
December 1st, 2018 at 12:52 PM ^
Yeah sorry it last about Zach Harrison just took a look at his 24/7
December 1st, 2018 at 12:48 PM ^
Tennessee and Florida sell hope. Harbaugh will be in his 5th year soon. Hope?
December 1st, 2018 at 12:50 PM ^
Tennessee just went 5-7. Harbaugh worst season was 8-5.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:03 PM ^
harbaugh's first year is better than saban's first year everywhere. does that mean harbaugh is better than saban? one can sell hope for only that long.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:04 PM ^
Are you saying Mullen and Pruitt are better coaches?
December 1st, 2018 at 1:06 PM ^
no, but they are selling hope.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:11 PM ^
Every coach sells hope.Good Lord, you write terrible posts.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:17 PM ^
To me...I’m just perplexed that the narrative around the programs differs so greatly Michigan lost 2 games and it seems like people are talking about the team as mediocre Florida is 8-5 and seems like nationally they are better...read an article today where ,former commit, David Reese is dismissing Michigan as abland bowl game opponent for his mediocre team and wants to play UCF.
December 1st, 2018 at 6:21 PM ^
Sabin has beaten Ohio State. This is Harbaughs nightmare

*Colin Cowherd nods feverishly*
December 1st, 2018 at 12:54 PM ^
You haven't been paying attention.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:08 PM ^
No I have just forgot to type the players name in my post I corrected it via the edit function...seemed like the writing was on the wall for Gray which is too bad the class is good but with some of these players, Gray included, it could have been very exciting
December 1st, 2018 at 12:58 PM ^
SEC bagmen are hard at work. Our bagmen need to step it up!
December 1st, 2018 at 11:23 PM ^
Our bagmen need to step it up? But wait...we need to recruit kids who have no integrity?
December 1st, 2018 at 1:01 PM ^
Running back recruiting outside of Charbonnet has been kind of a disaster.
Kingston Davis: Gone
Kareem Walker: Gone
O'Maury Samuels: Can't sniff the field
Hassan Haskins: Moved to Viper
Michael Barrett: Moved to linebacker, then to WR
Christian Turner: Too early to tell
Chris Evans: Been a nice player for UM, but miscast as a RB and probably a better slot WR
That's not getting it done.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:03 PM ^
QB recruiting and development is even worse.
December 1st, 2018 at 1:06 PM ^
But not as bad as your posts which are utterly terrible.
Rudock was a productive starter despite coming in June. Speight was too until the disastrous OL ruined him. Patterson and McCaffery look like legitimate All Big Ten types.
