northwestern recovers the fumble. i'll be impressed if Northwestern can win at iowa.

again.

NW has won 13 of their last 14 b1g games --- that is amazing, I had no idea
November 10th, 2018 at 7:05 PM ^
NW clinches B1G West title. Wow
November 10th, 2018 at 7:05 PM ^
Well looks like the East Champ plays a fucking 4-loss team in Indy. Perhaps it really is a down year in the B1G and the B1G champ will be left out of the CFP?

Northwestern punched their ticket to Indy.
Let's take care of business and punch ours by first paying attention to a dangerous IU offense and getting it done efficiently and injury-free on both sides of the ball, and only then turn our full attention to destroying the evil empire.

What happens if/when Georgia beats Alabama? Two SEC teams in the playoffs, plus Clemson and ND if they win out.
November 10th, 2018 at 7:28 PM ^
Even more interestingly, what happens if Georgia loses tonight then beats Bama?? I would love to see committee determine which between 2-loss SEC champ Georgia and 1-loss Bama with literally 1 good win all year
November 10th, 2018 at 7:42 PM ^
My head hurts just thinking about that. Just win out and let everything else take care of itself.

any chance Auburn knocks off Georgia?
November 10th, 2018 at 7:38 PM ^
yes.....
November 10th, 2018 at 7:58 PM ^
so you're saying there's a chance....
November 10th, 2018 at 8:04 PM ^
i'll leave the gif magic to you, the master. but kidding aside, auburn is starting out pretty well. i know georgia is talented, but kind of like bama, they haven't played a killer schedule, have they? they lost to LSU and beat florida and kentucky, neither of which am i impressed with.

Question, if GA loses to Auburn but would beat Bama and finish with 2 losses. In this hypothetical, ND and Clemson win out. They are in. Who are the 2 teams out in 12-1 UM (Big 10 champ), Bama 12-1 (no champ), Georgia 11-2 (Sec champ), Oklahoma 12-1 (big 12 champ)??
This would be very interesting. I say UM and Bama/GA, Edge to Bama. GA out with 2 losses.

I feel like we would have a new playoff system next year
November 10th, 2018 at 7:41 PM ^
Kentucky lost to Tennessee? Hopefully the committee pulls their collective heads from their collective asses on them now.
