McGuffie vs. Shaw
The consensus is that McGuffie wowed in the Notre Dame game, showing himself to be the "real deal". Certainly a very impressive game from a very talented and impressive back.
However, what we saw from the brief flashes of Mike Shaw is some devestating speed to get to the outside, and some great vision. Granted Shaw has seen limited time because of the groin injury, but when he's healthy do you think we'll be seeing a lot more of him? I doubt he'll all out split carries with McGuffie, but I'd like to see a healthy dose of what Shaw can do at running back. Perhaps RR will split him out to the slot? I think we need to get this guy some touches; he seemed electric in very few carries.

Obama and Biden
Number of reasons:
-Running Mates
-Possible 4 years together
-Race
-We can have the executive backfield

We also need to find away to get Odoms the ball more. The two touches a game are not getting it done. Let's home Shaw can find the handle on the kick off returns against Wisconsin.
Shaw is a homerun hitter if he gets some more touches.

"The two touches a game are not getting it done."
Odoms has 14 catches in 3 games. Or, more than 4 per game.

Your own suggestion of Ebony and Ivory.

....salt and pepper!?!?!
And, Odoms is a boom or bust right now. For every great play, he has several of those bubble screens that get sniffed out for minimal gain, or even a loss.
Thats not really his fault.......but I'd like to see the coaches find a way to get him downfield and in space.....otherwise, I love what i see from his so far as well.
