It was a very good spot to not have a bike lane and have people use the rather large sidewalk that could be shared with pedestrians. The bike lane could have started after the driveway continuing down Main towards the mall.
Bike lanes are fine, but the way they've planned all of this is off. If buses are part of their strategy, they're failing. They've made lanes hard to navigate for buses, the amount of times that cars are in the right spot but still need to back up so a bus can make a turn is increasing with these changes.

This kind of story doesn't happen in a week. It's possible it was worked on by multiple classes. If your question is why didn't they report on the rumor of these activities, the players willing to speak about it, changed how they could approach this.
His character issues in Detroit, probably should have been red flags in Toronto. Look up Babcock/ Johan Franzen. Franzen had terrible post-concussion issues and wound up kind of terrorized by Babcock while dealing with these issues.
For your team's sake, hope he has learned some hard lessons. This isn't just a old school/new school issue...if you dare, look into how Mike Commodore feels about him, it's not good. The Mike Modano thing (benching him for his 1,500 game) wasn't a great look either.
It could be said that the current wings are paying debts collected off of keeping that playoff streak alive for Papa Illitch. Yes, Holland made some questionable moves...but the drive for that streak dictated a lot of that.
He'll probably be fine. His rehab time will depend on location and approach. If they do a repair the recovery time will be much longer than if they just cut out the piece. Full repair instead of cutting the section can depend on location because of blood flow in the location.
He was struggling, a lot. That combined with the new coach/gm wanting to clean house a bit. It would be great to get a Bacon-like book about the Gruden years, Part Deux. It would be nice to know who Gruden fought for and who Mayock fought for. Someone pointed out that the Raiders had solid drafts after the first round, was that left for Mayock?
Gruden was once a good coach, and still had shockingly good moments of offensive playcalling...but a lot of the personnel pieces (dealing with current-day players and gambling on a player like AB) and evolution of the game, seemed to have passed him by while he spent a decade forming his booth persona.
Tickets are already digital...football still has paper tickets available for season ticket holders and that ends next year. Everyone seems to be handling it just fine.

Loved it. I saw it in Chicago a few years ago. I can't wait until next Oct. when they release the original cast production into movie theaters. It's probably my favorite musical. The choreography and genre-hopping music are amazing. I also recommend Come From Away, didn't have any expectations going in and loved it.
