I know it isn't one of the MGoBlog staff doing it, but props to the guy putting up all these transfer portal videos. Really nice to get to see some clips and then what the guy does. Excited to see Sam playing for us next year

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He's grad…

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He's grad transferring out, already has his degree, and with the talent at DL likely wasn't going to see the field. Maybe he just wanted to play and money isn't 100% of the reason players transfer

They gave Harbaugh an offer…

They gave Harbaugh an offer to be the highest paid coach in CFB. Not his fault.

For all the shortcomings on…

For all the shortcomings on the offensive end, Tarris Reed held the most unguardable guy in CBB to 4 points in the first half

If there's any hope of…

If there's any hope of beating the spread we need to win these non-Edey minutes but early signs are not good

Michigan keeps trying to…

Michigan keeps trying to push tempo after a turnover and it keeps ending very poorly

Tray Jackson! Oh my

Tray Jackson! Oh my

How did the roster end up at…

How did the roster end up at a point that halfway through the first half the lineup is Dug and 4 Power Forwards

At least the awful call lets…

At least the awful call lets our 5 players get a minute of rest. we have 3 bench points tonight!

5'11" Dug has the second…

5'11" Dug has the second most rebounds on the team tonight, twice as many as Tarris, which is wild

Oh would this game be…

Oh would this game be different if they didn't have 1500 offensive rebounds.

In fairness, it's not like …

In fairness, it's not like (pre injury) there's a starting spot for Barnhart at guard

So Barnhart to RG? that is…

So Barnhart to RG? that is not the adjustment I expected

"i don't think he had…

"i don't think he had control of that ball to become a runner"
He had control of it steps before burke hit him? Insane their need to review every play by michigan

We came into this year…

We came into this year expecting it to be dug taris PnR but Nkamhoua just makes this all look so easy

Nkamhoua has 4 OREBs. He…

Nkamhoua has 4 OREBs. He plays so hard and is looking like the piece that's been missing the last year or two.

I think (hope) the defense…

I think (hope) the defense is going to get figured out this year. Too many experienced and athletic guys for it to look like this. Offense looks really good, helps that we're hitting the open shots for the most part

How many minutes per game…

How many minutes per game does Dug get this year? Last year he had 30mpg and it's looking like he's going to blow past that

Oh my.

Oh my.

Offense seems to be all Dug…

Offense seems to be all Dug or iso by the forwards.

Will be interesting to see what the offense looks like when Dug rests

Dug! If he keeps shooting…

Dug! If he keeps shooting like this... wow

Early Tschetter minutes is…

Early Tschetter minutes is something I was not expecting

I don't think this trade…

I don't think this trade says anything about Jamo. The lions have 5 active receivers, 2 are slots and 1 is a 7th round rookie with 1 career reception. They got a good player for cheap at a position that sees random injuries. I really don't think getting DPJ is going to impact how many touches Jamo gets a game.

At this point he's also "played" 10 games (only "played" because he would play ~10 snaps a game last year) and calling a player a bust and wanting him out of town this quickly is absurd, especially when he has shown flashes. Davante Adams only caught ~50% of his passes his rookie year, should he have been moved on from immediately?

I get not kicking after all…

I get not kicking after all the trouble your kicker has had but man that's a yikes

Yeah they're making me upset…

Yeah they're making me upset with all these breaks

Bowling Green, +20.5 vs Georgia Tech, are winning 38-14 currently

Last FG: 10:45. I have never…

Last FG: 10:45. I have never seen a team held to just making free throws for the final 10 minutes of a game and still win. This team seems to be able to play offense, or defense, but never both

Joey Baker has been a better…

Joey Baker has been a better spot-up shooter than we've seen this year.

I'm curious on this. Isn't he shooting ~44% from three this year, which is a career high? I know there's more than just raw shooting splits but I feel like he hasn't been a better spot-up shooter ever

I was really rooting for the…

I was really rooting for the TCU guy to win. Definitive leader who willed his team down the field, and didn't do things like paint F*ck Utah on his nails, then lose. Also, the Patrick mahomes quote from him comes off very, very poor. You can't say you're as good right now as the (arguably) best quarterback in the NFL if you aren't even winning your conference. There's confidence, and then there's arrogance.

Just got home from Indy,…

Just got home from Indy, what an excellent game to go to. The arena was rocking. The Purdue fans traveled well. Great game, and tip of the hat to Purdue for a well fought game

They screwed one thing up:…

They screwed one thing up: Stroud clearly fumbled on the Okie sack and their "progress was stopped" explanation was transparently garbage.

I'm not going to trade the rest of the game officiating for this one play, but man imagine the firestorm in Columbus if this final score is 52-23 instead of a small 45-23 where michigan beat ohio by 22 points

10 is my favorite, as JJ is…

10 is my favorite, as JJ is pulling the Freshman away from a taunting penalty or another pileup brawl. True leadership from the young general

He wouldn't be able to play…

He wouldn't be able to play the national championship game, we have 5 more games

I'm happy we won. I'm…

I'm happy we won. I'm concerned about the fact that we cannot rely on Dickinson to put up 30+ every game, especially against BIG centers that he doesn't tower over, and excluding outside transfers and old JB guys, there has been a bad trend of poor shooting.

5/21 and 25/40 is not good…

5/21 and 25/40 is not good. and I bet if you look back at the last two seasons and don't include franz, livers, and eli brooks, the cumulative isn't much better than that.

47 combined fouls tonight…

47 combined fouls tonight. ref show is going strong

I like it more than hearing…

I like it more than hearing just about any other name

Tarris is not going to be…

Tarris is not going to be able to provide the offense Hunter does, but his defense is already about as good or better, and that's not a bad thing for a backup, freshman center

It's so, so, sooooo…

It's so, so, sooooo noticeable how much this team misses when franz would lock a wing spot, and we could bring 3 and D Chaundee off the bench.

Unless I'm stupid, I cannot…

Unless I'm stupid, I cannot figure out getting 2016 to work. 2007 works as two-thousand-seven, and 2016 works as two-zero-one-six? Impressive as it is though to write this much high level breakdown of Rutger

Obviously O Line caveats…

Obviously O Line caveats apply. BUT we've seemingly been able to get pressure on QBs where there isn't as much a scramble threat. Yes, Ohio has a far more talented O Line but we won't be worried about contain on Coleridge the way we are about a Clifford, right?

Second Half: 3 and out, 3…

Second Half: 3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and out, 5 and out, Colson bust and then interception. good enough adjustments. another game of 40-20 time of possession

The DE room.... I looked up…

The DE room.... I looked up the numbers, recruiting rankings average at #322, and the average draft selection is #46 or a mid second rounder. That's a pretty incredible job of finding talent and developing it

This is one of the more…

This is one of the more talented Wide Receiver groups Michigan has had in a long time, and they're going entirely to waste because it doesn't even matter

I went into the game expecting to hear Porter's name called a bunch and he was completely invisible because of lightning and lightning

Not the minority. I love…

Not the minority. I love bands playing it's part of what makes college football college football but they've played the same songs many times

Shocked no targeting review?…

Shocked no targeting review? Crown of the helmet straight into his face

As much as I don't like osu…

As much as I don't like osu and Coleridge Stroud, man does he throw a pretty spiral when he doesn't have the flu and is too cold

If McGregor could get around…

If McGregor could get around the edge a foot less deep he has 3-4 sacks, Millen seemed to be able to just step forward enough for him to fly by. Jenkins had a few great plays getting massive push, Anoma seemed to step in way quicker than we could've thought. Good vibes going forward it seems

Well since this thread is…

Well since this thread is really a "Give your take on the QB Battle" I'll agree that Cade probably did not do enough today to keep the job. The Oline looked generally good opening running lanes, but there definitely was some pass pro issues, hopefully that's just time with new pieces but slightly concerning.

(edit) : I forgot to mention, there seemed to be a lot (more than normal) of catchable throws dropped by usually surehanded receivers. Hopefully first game jitters is all
