The only reason it is the most lucrative conference in the country is because of the number of its alumni. That is why they brought in the east coast school to the conference. The schools with the greatest legacy and viewership. The east coast alum population that will now buy Big10 subscriptions and tune into Iowa/Maryland games and the $ that east coast school get as a member of the Big10 is all they care about. Michigan leaves with the $ and the conference goes down the financial drain.
I do not care how long "The Game" has been. At this point it is obvious that the conference hates M. I say this as an alumni and someone who was on board for letting Haubaugh go after his lack luster beginning to his tenure. He has since proven his method. Now the powers that be can't let that stand. They can't stand that the Michigan Difference is real. I say let's go our own way. The Big10 is M and OSU. Any media outlet and conference (even one of our own making) would be welcomed with Big $. Maybe that is what the new conference could be named the Big$.

Early on Michigan will trade field goals for touchdowns and will trail something like 21-6.
Then Michigan will tease us into thinking that they came to play and will pop in a TD to make it 21-13.
Once that happens, OSU will have Michigan assume the position and proceed to pack their shit in until the 4th quarter when it's 70-16.
Then Michigan will score a garbage TD at the end of the game and celebrate like they just won the Big 10.
Harbaugh will have a tense 1 second handshake with Ryan Day and then he'll hop on the spectrum and deliver another scintillating
JH just does not have that killer, run them over, step on gas, end the game, run up the score, no Fs given, let's make them expand that trophy case, attitude. I love the "idea" of "Michigan Men", but you have to realize, even the Bo teams, weren't that great. With the portal and the NIL rule, MI better start changing.
