Jesse Palmer gave sound reasoning to keep TCU at three. No one disagreeing. I like this.

The SEC lackey and former Georgia Bulldog David Pollack is the only one clearly hoping for the rematch.

I am all for wallowing in Michigan's 13 & 0 season which has been beautiful.  Nobody except for Bama fans gives a hoot about what Nick Saban says, or what OSU thinks and says.  Bama won a couple games they should have lost too fwiw, including Jimbo tippling the final play of the Bama A & M game.

Saban’s point is that they are one of the best 4 teams because they would be favored over TCU or OSU. The problem with that is that Bama would be favored based on reputation and past results. They are relying on the past decade of Bama dominance. But 2022 Bama is not 2010-2021 Bama.

At some point there HAS to be a difference between what your team is on paper and what you accomplished on the field. And if the latter isn't honored, why play the games?

If Alabama is the best team and Alabama has the record it does have, that's an indictment of Nick Saban.

Anybody else find it interesting that Rece Davis says that the CFP committee should not be considering avoiding rematches when last year he said the exact opposite when it came to a possible semifinal Georgia/Bama rematch? He is the worst.

Thank God. TCU is no pushover and Michigan has shown that they can handle OSU, but I would rather not play OSU in the semis.
