Lions have gotten more pressure on ATL already than they got on Geno Smith all last week. Hopefully they can battle through the injuries

Speaking of the NFL. I was adamant Harbaugh wasn’t headed back to the NFL the last 2 years. With that said, there is some legitimate concern with the Chargers. They’ve talked to Jim during his suspension, which again he was not pleased with. Not saying he’s going this time, but don’t be surprised if something happens with it. Jim will try to keep it from being a distraction during the season, especially because he believes this team can win a national championship.

The ones before made no sense to me and even this last offseason I think Jim was using leverage from the Broncos. Before the Broncos news last year, I don’t think any of the interest that was reported was even real. But this is definitely real and the suspension definitely played a part in it.

Michigan has more money than Washington and a wider recruiting base than the Huskies. Not sure why it would take $10 million or even $9 million considering the advantages UM has over Washington.

Regardless, Harbaugh owes it to the program to let them know that he may seek out the Chargers job if it comes open so they can plan accordingly. Too much is on the line with the forthcoming realignment for Michigan to dally in replacing Harbaugh.

I don't know if I've ever seen 70 points scored by a team in an NFL game. I'm sure it's happened before at some point but I don't recall it happening in the last 30 odd years.
