I do appreciate this article because it made me laugh out loud after another great season. 9-4, sure, whatever. This story is extremely tired. The only question I have is do we really need to spend 7.5 million for this?
You win at reading. I said content with only beating OSU. It's not worth all the marbles if you're 0-11 coming into it. It's unreal to me that some people make it sound like all we have to do to have a successful season is beat OSU. It's just narrow minded thinking that got us into the mess we are in now *shrug*
Why are so many people content with just beating OSU? Look at the bigger picture, aim higher, National Championships = beating OSU and everybody else. It's time for the program to evolve and step up. You can do that and still maintain the rivalry, the rivalry shouldn't be #1.
