After all the Michigan injuries, transfers, it feels good to win, we also have played under a constant cloud. I've realized your team is only as good as your second stringers, I'm glad to have Tate and devin as our second string qbs, because I'm damn sure Tate could have outperformed Rees or Montana, go blue!
it seems that both denard and tate can be clutch versus the irish, he punted, he threw, he ran, marked imrpovement from cluth situations last year (i.e. iowa), hes really coming around nicely
UNC needs to be moved outside the top 25. Regardless if they played hard with several players out, and came close, they lost to LSU, and the team will continue to play without those 10 or so starters for an uncertain period of time. There are other teams more worthy of being placed in the top 25.
Im relatively new to this jersey buying stuff, so I'll explain my dilema:
1) I went to sports authority, tried on a miami hurricanes NIKE jersey in large it fit fine, then I ordered a Michigan Addidas replica jersey online in Large and found it was SUPER SUPER BIG. As in it looked ridiculous. So I decided to try to find a medium online, and have found that this is a near impossible task, all the smalls and mediums are sold out. Does anyone know where you can get a replica #1, 2, or 21 in a medium?
I'm 5'10 180, and a large is super not going to work, at least with addidas, and I've found great trouble finding a medium jersey online.
If you did well in school, why not interview at all places? How do you know that every student knows where they would like to be? I speak for myself when I say I really never dreamed of working anywhere. Whats even more so, how do you know, that the other places that you got an offer to wont pay you more? You won't know until you go interview and find out. It doesn't make the school look bad. The few companies who care dearly about this, like for example Deloitte, have a clause stating that if you decide to continue to interview elsewhere after accepting, the offer is taken back. Its simply economics, interview everywhere then decide what pays the most, or is the best option for you.
I think its perfectly ok to be upset at losing to toledo, in 24 games of history with the MAC, we have found someway, somehow to win every game, no matter what the conditions may have been. This loss was devastating, and regardless of how poor we looked throughout the year, toledo was quite bad themselves.
However at the same time that doesnt mean that we don't support the team, still have faith, and continue to root and hope that things begin to click. All im trying to say is it is ok to be pissed or critical, and that doesn't make you less of a michigan fan, or supporter. I am not old enough to remember what caused or what the conditions were for our previous losing season, perhaps someone can enlighten me.
Its time to forget last game, and focus on penn state, and hope the wolverines can get something going. Although I would always like to see michigan win, and always think they have a chance at any opponent, I will be satisfied even if we lose the game as long as we have no unforced turn overs.
