Disagree. The players can't deal with it. When the refs let it go, it only gets worse. Coaches and players will tell you that. Double techs are appropriate when both players are equally at fault. Notice that no one who was assessed the first tech received a second one.
ABC chose MI @ Penn St instead of Wisc @ Ohio St for prime time telecast this Sat at 7:30p. Wha? MI apparently has more alumni than anyone and the whiteout in Happy Valley will make for good visual. But this game has the makings of a woof, especially compared to the heavyweight fight in C Bus. I guess it's all about the Benjamins.
MI offense has water in their gas tank and Penn State's offense is only so-so. The strength of both teams is their defense and one was substantially better last year. Don Brown is putting another good defense together with masking tape and Elmers. This game might be 14-3 Penn State.
Another option for parking or tailgating is Arbor Bridge Church, 2500 S. Main St., just south of Busch's. Paved parking lot, indoor restrooms before the game, $15/car. One mile walk to the stadium. Lot opens at 9:15 this Saturday.
