I'm coaching 4th grade and it's been a whirlwind. USA football.com has great information. You should also check out Dave Cesar's winning youth football. You should run whatever offense feeds into your jr high or high school I program. On defense we run 5-4. We have have 5 plays with basic hand signals for blitzing and dropping a safety back. We keep it simple but it's a blast. We're in the semi finals of our league this weekend. Hope this helps.
I don't post very much but when I do I want it to be inspirational. The game was absurd, ridiculous, whatever adjectives you want to insert. We have a long season ahead and the fabric of this football team is there. The cupboard isn't bare so we have players in the fold.
