Violation of probation will likely result in him serving any suspended time he received at the sentencing from the DUI that resulted in probation he violated. Unless the laws are different in Michigan, Violation of Probation is not a "new" crime or charge. Usually when you violate probation you succeed in pissing off the judge.
I can also cite several plays in which I perceived players giving up on a play, but I am talking about the season as a whole. The one play in which no one has made any comment was from the Minnesota game when Morris was illegally drilled. How many players came to his defense.....not one!!!! I am not encouraging players to fight, but at least that would show they gave a crap about each other and had some fire. Coaches don't catch balls, block, tackle and run. So what is it? Not enough practice time? Practicing the wrong drill? Maybe Hoke can't motivate these young men. It is very telling that this is the fist time in forever that team captains were not named.
I really believe you are correct and touched on what is so horribly wrong with this team right now. I do NOT see any fire or excitement in this team. Give me a bunch of 2 star talent with determined play over 4/5 star talent with care-free attitudes. And I will be the first to say what needs to be said...the coaches are not all to blame for this team's horrible performance. The players, and they are not freaking kids, have given less than admirable effort.
