Reddit CFB streams is the way to go. Some streams require a US IP and some don't. As somebody else mentioned, grandma streams are the most reliable, but I've found that most of his FOX/BTN streams require a US IP. He will just have to use a trial and error method to see which one works for him.
Let the air out of one of your tires and take a pic with your cellphone. Then spray it with water and take another pic. Also wait until it's dark out and snap another one.
Keep these pictures in your phone and you will always have an excuse for being late no matter what the weather is that day.

I got the same surprise today as well. Looks like they sent an email last night saying that it is being discontinued and I will recieve a refund.
Fox Sports has no international streaming plan, so it's shady streams for non-ESPN games unfortunately.
