Exciting news and I think we all have high expectations for the ladies this year after the NIT championship last year!

That is awesome. Thanks for posting -- it is certainly nice to know but without people posting about the non-football sports here, I wouldn't know. Much appreciated!

We want UConn!

That would be valuable experience heading into conference play and the tournament.

Does any one know the highest they have ever been ranked?
Great to have some excitement for the women hoopsters!

Nice for some pre-season excitement. Looking forward to an exciting end to Flaherty's storied UM career!
Also, that ranking would be higher if we didn't have unexpected off-season attrition. This team easily cracks the top 20 without attrition. But I have faith that Coach Barnes Arico will restock the shelves. Any scuttlebutt on potential contributing incoming first years?

kim barnes arrico was on wtka this week and specifically called out both deja church and hailey brown, and they look like immediate contributors.
the 2018 class is looking very good, too - four separate espn top 100 players coming in.
the future is bright.

We host Notre Dame and Marquette during non-conference, so they will have a couple of opportunities to prove themselves.
