What's on the menu?
I was up early getting the smoker up to temp, and now have it loaded with a nice Boston butt, some bacon wrapped meatballs, and cream cheese/sausage stuffed jalapeños. Cracked a Guinness when I realized the Ireland game was on (and because kids were out of control and it's noon somewhere and football!).
I ask thee, what you got on the first football Saturday menu?

Chili Mac, Rotel/cream cheese/sausage dip, and may have to test a couple armadillo eggs. Oh, and beer. Lots of beer.

Leftover NY Strip, so making steak sandwiches with cheese, mushrooms, onions, spices, grilled on a flat pan. A1 dip for a little extra flavor.

Taking the rust off with some burgers and dogs. Nothing too taxing today.
