USC getting blown out, OSU probably the 4 seed.

USC on the defensive side of the ball reminds me of a team that has never practiced a tackling drill. My goodness,  that was bad.

That said, why would we be concerned that the nuts would back their way into the playoff? It's hard to beat an opponent twice? Utah just did exactly this.

Georgia, more than likely further sets off the OSU fan base by smacking them around in Atlanta.  Best case scenario? Harbaugh beats Day 2x  in one year for the Natty.

One good thing, at least Georgia will have to prep for Ohio State. They won't be spending the next month getting ready for Michigan. I think I'll take Kirby and Georgia, with a month to get ready for OSU.

OSU is going to be destroyed by Georgia. I didn’t care if TCU won today, but I do now. Maybe the media can stop ordaining Riley as the next Bear Bryant.

Don’t care about Ohio. But honestly the top four spots should go to conference champions. (I know- if Michigan was to somehow lose to Purdue, then Purdue would be in- such is the awful B1G West- it needs to be realigned). Sitting out of their conference championship game shouldn’t be rewarded with an cfp bid- unless the cfp is expanded to 8 teams. 5 conf champs, 3 at large bids.

There is a risk we are matched up against OSU in the semis either as a result of a Georgia or TCU loss.

If the committee effectively nullifies our biggest program win in 20 years, we should refuse to play them. It’s utter garbage that we destroyed them by three scores in Columbus and get the grand reward of playing them again in the next round. The games need to mean something.
