Urban Meyer and his"leave of absence"
According to the Miami Herald this past week, Coach Meyer hired two assistants on Wednesday and a new Defensive Coordinator on Thursday-George Edwards the Inside Linebackers Coach from the Miami Dolphins-some "leave of absence". The Miami Herald article also stated that the Outside Linebackers Coach of the Dolphins went to the University of Virginia.
If Michigan replaces Coach Hopson before the signing date, Michigan might have the chance to pick up a recruit that was off the Michigan radar.

is that he hasn't officially taking his leave of absence.
My guess he is that he will do so after he finalizes his staff, needs to fill in the holes from the departures..

Announcement was that he WOULD take it after NLOID.
Hey, who the hell can blame him? He wants to have the thing in order, take some time off, and come back to a tight running ship.

"leave of absence". If absence means "not here", wouldn't a leave of "not here" mean you are here. What keeps me up at night...

Just so you know, this is not an OT post. If it affects M even in the slightest it is not OT. Showering, what are you drinking, and a dogs anal infection are examples of an OT topic.
