Tickets to Maryland Game

Submitted by tjl7386 on

Had our tickets to this years Maryland game sold out from under us. Problem is, we need an odd number of 3 tickets not the usual 2 to 4.

Checked the spread sheet and didn't see anything but wanted to just check and see if anyone may be selling any tickets they have. We had set aside about $80.00 per ticket.

Thought about waiting till closer to the game but again with the need for an odd number was trying to get it taken care of ASAP.

Thanks guys!

I don't recall which site sponsors Mgoblog so I'll refrain from linking, but a quick search reveals that there are online ticket providers that have 3 together in the endzone for about $90 (fees/tax included).

I have 3 tickets on the aisle in section 38 that I am not able to use for Maryland. (I live in Denver and am not making it back for the game)  If you get me your email, I'll work with you on getting you 3 tickets.

I occasionally have to buy 3 and understand what a pain it is. Often I'll just buy 4 and try to sell the single...a lot of times you can get much, much better seats when you buy four (for $20 more total). I'll just relist the single right away

Am I banned?  I made a comment about my world domination plans and forcing everyone to brew balsamic vinegar for me all day long as my slaves. Mods didn't like that  Understandably.

If you're a member of the Alumni Association, the NYC-area clubs have tickets left in their block.  These would be purchased directly from the Michigan Ticket Department, but can only be bought by members of the AA.  Tickets are $70 each, plus a $10 processing fee for the order, so $220 for 3 seats together in the corner end zone.

If you're in the AA and interested, send me your contact info and I'll send you the info you need to purchase the tickets.  FYI, the deadline to buy for the Maryland game through this program is a week from Friday.

But if you are in the NYC area AA as well, I'm going out on a limb and say you at least know someone going to the Rutgers tailgate. I just got my AA Big House tour tickets in the mail for this weekend and found out they are collectible. The Rutgers tailgate is the far left piece of the picture, the AA Big House tour is the far right piece and then homecoming/bowl are the middle two. Could you email me at charlie.dycus [at] gmail [dot] com? I'd like to find someone who would otherwise throw their ticket away that may allow me to get one.

In case I wasn't clear, a benefit of buying these tickets is that there is absolutely NO risk associated with them -- you're purchasing directly from the ticket office, so it's not a secondary source.  For any other AA members other than you that might be interested, the block has just 13 tickets left in it -- first come, first served.
