Really still rumor at this point. I think it could likely happen, but the deal is still in the works. One Texas site with "a source" doesn't know how much it'll be, but is prognosticating it'll end up as "more than Michigan." We'll see.

The contract’s total value is expected to approach $200 million, one source said, but it would certainly be “higher than Michigan.” The Wolverines signed a 15-year deal with Nike this summer worth an estimated $169 million. At the time, it was widely hailed as the biggest deal in college sports.

The above quote is actually from the Austin American-Statesman article. 

It really wouldn't shock me that Texas would get a bigger deal - they've been the #1 seller of merchandise for a decade and per that same article, Nike had the right of first refusal per their current contract with Texas, so they would get the chance to match whatever unreal number UA could throw out.
