Anderson Cooper's Missing Children Special
&
Kraft
Coffee for now. Sam Adams later.
You should add the velveeta to the Kraft after mixing.
The girlfriend pitched her team to a conference tournament championship and will be pitching in the NCAA Division 1 Softball Tournament at a location TBD. Unbelievably happy for her (and the other girls, most of whom are friends), and am running out to get enough champagne for whoever is stopping by tonight. I am going to drink until the last bottle is gone, and it will all taste sweet.
Also, Velveeta, but I do love me some Kraft spirals.
I'd expect that with Velveeta or Spongebob or something, but spirals?
saw your comment about that earlier in the day, but didn't follow up. You have got to be proud. post a picture of the championship trophy and go blue.
I've only seen a video of them all jumping in the hotel pool and them posting pictures with individual medals, and a lot of all caps stuff has edged out the other messages on my phone, but I'll see what I can do.
Selection Sunday is tomorrow, so we're waiting to see where they're placed. Ann Arbor would be great because it's close and I can stay with family instead of getting a hotel, but it'd be a strange feeling come game time.
of some of the softball hotties in wet uni's would probably not be the worst thing you ever posted. omit your wonderful girlfriend though, that's privileged.
with no makeup (unless you count eye black) would do its toll on even Jennie Finch, but here's a picture with the banner and trophy.
playing D-1 softball?
you don't have to identify which one is your girlfriend - congrats to the whole bunch
And yeah, I met her when a high school friend went there to play and now I'm here taking graduate classes and training/rehabbing my knee, living the dream with her. Great group of young ladies and she's the greatest among them.
Congratulations to the Mastodons of IPFW. I come home from work and we have a new DL commit and a great new recording of The Rite Of Spring - for saxophones and percussion - available for FREE online!
.
And for the drinking part of the drinking thread: Corona 24oz cans. Hecho en Mexico.
Atwater Brewery Vanilla Java Porter, Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro, and an assortment of Dog Fish Head Brews
That left hand nitro is impressive.
I am drinking some Angry Orchard hard cider at the moment - it is pretty good actually. It has a taste reminiscent of Mott's cider, so perhaps this is what it should have been. Downing this while watching the Tigers.
When it comes to macaroni and cheese, I am definitely a Kraft person, although I will admit to adding a pinch of basil and a teaspoon of olive oil for flair.
Velveeta for me.
GI 312.
Then? I'm thinking maybe Ardmore, A we dram, yeah. Or perhaps I will try to mix a gin flip. No cream, but I can make a passable one with some condensed milk.
I have a bottle of Founders Doom and Brooklyn Sorachi Ace in the fridge, but no one wants to join me and it hasnt been rough enough for me to drink an entire bomber, so I think I am going to either drink some Double Trouble or Nugget Nectar.
Edit: Kraft for sure, but I think stouffers is still my favorite non made from scratch.
Doom is great from a bottle but let it warm to around 45 before you drink it. If you don't let it warm its a little overwhelming with the vanilla and you miss the hopiness of the double trouble. Its also far better on tap. I've had 3 bottles, have a few I'm storing and have had it on tap once.
Drinking a homebrew: the White House Honey Porter recipe brewed for the innauguration
Kraft mac and cheese, but I prefer a traditional southern baked mac and cheese.
Went out for Italian for dinner so started with a glass of chianti, had some port with dessert, and continuing with some port at home. Good times.
2011 merlot. very smooth.
10 yr old just skinned his first raccoon and some of the younger brothers wanted to eat it since we process all of our other meat (normal stuff, like beef, venison, chicken)- oh i had to supress my favorte comments about raccoon and tell them that unless we were starving, we won't be eating mr. raccoon. i can't help but wonder if coon goes with merlot, but i'm never going to find out!
Hate to say it, but I am with your kids on this one. Which is why I have deemed myself at least 5 years away from being ready for parenthood.

""I've eat quite a bit of coon in my life, but this here recipe on this innernet hickey is real good. I spotlighted me a extry big coon and it took some doing to git it out of the dang tree even with three beagles but one beagle can't see out of his left eye too good cause of chasin a possum in a briar patch and didn't mind me when I kept hollerin at him to get back here. So I guess he got what he had comin but I still hate it for him. The coon was bigger than most and a old one so I let him soak in salt water overnight then boiled him to soften him up and didn't have no sweet taters so I used white taters and a few extry like I say cause he was so big and all. I put him on the barby like they say down there in Australier and let him cook real slow and damn he was tasty. He was so tender and good one of them PETER folks would set aside their veginarian ways for a minute and enjoy theirselves real good. Well the youngun wants her webtv back so I better git off here. God bless the CSA. Or USA. Hell, God bless em both.
Brinking some nice bourbon my brother got me. Might drink a Crooked Tree IPA after.
Drinkin' some Bud Light that has been in my basement fridge for a few weeks.
Have the Tigers on tv but muted because I am jamming on to some tunes.
BTW, Kraft.
