I'm not Sherlock Holmes or anything, but my obtuse powers of deduction lead me to conclude this isn't about Brian at all.
This is about "someone" who's escaping reality... searching OKCupid for Mr. Right, who happens to be a full-figured male, aged 50-60, with a mullet and a penchant for alternating between music and violence to express his stifled masculinity.
Not that there's ANYTHING wrong with that.
