I would be happy to see Dintingino stay a few more years and put a few more dents in that record against us. In the end he is going out the same as Perles....a couple Big 10 titles and a Rose Bowl..

Great opportunity this season to put a foot down on the rivalry and help push Dantonio out the door. It's a big game. Must win. A loss gives life to their program.

Fleck is not leaving MN for MSU.  That is comical.  Fickell is not leaving for MSU either.  The MSU job is not some easy stepping stone job.  The B10 East is tough, and I suspect the only coach taking it is one with ties to the program.  This would leave Narduzzi.

I could see the Fleck leaving for USC. . .his gOOfy style would be nice fit out there. . .maybe he could hold some team workouts on Venice Beach.

Mork's buyout is so expensive, hard to see MSU go that direction, however they DID save a bunch on that Nassar scandal, maybe they have some $$ leftover.

He’ll get some or most likely all of the bonus if he leaves amicably.
He’s moving (moved?) from being a guy who is generally recognized nationally as having done a great job to somebody who stayed too long.
I really look forward to the process of MSU looking for a coach. The first phase will be getting turned down by every decent coach that has or will have other options. Months of constant discussion about how MSU is not a good job will be fun.

Wouldn't be surprised if MSU loses to Illinois. They might even lose next Saturday to Bye Week. They're going to put all their eggs in the 'beat Michigan' basket, as it is the only way they can see to salvaging their season. Then, when they get blown out of the Big House, they might even lose to Rutger the following week at home. With no bowl possible, Mork will then announce his retirement, motivating his few remaining players to actually play well and send him out with a narrow win over Maryland.
