OT - NHL trade shenanigans (Iginla to Boston...JK he's a Penguin)

If some of you didn't catch the ridiculousness the past couple days, Pittsburgh just stacked their team that was already doing really well.

First they got the Dallas captain in Brendan Morrow, and then they aquired Douglas Murray out of San Jose, now the biggest surprise was they aquired Jerome Iginla after multiple outlets claimed he was Boston bound.

Although it was hilarious reading all these Boston fans dream up their new forward lines with Iginla only to have them scream when the actual announcement came, the Penguins didn't even give up any of their top 3 prospects for all this talent they just aquired.

Yikes, I hope the Wings sign Dekeyser and possibly pick up a depth winger. Pitt just about won the cup in March.

In other words, watch the entire sequence, in real time (rather than in a highlight sequence), and you might just have a different opinion (if you are being objective, of course).

Then show me a real life sequence, I wasn't at the game so I'm going on what I can read, and what I've read (and linked) is that Crosby was off in the corner celebrating while most of his teammates were in the line doing arguably the best show of sportsmanship in pro athletics. You have the right to your opinion and I mine, I never really minded Crosby up until the Hank/Howard incident, but he has shown to be a bit of a punk (I suppose in hockey that's more natural than other sports because of the nature of the game.)
