OT: California's state Senate unanimously passed a bill to allow college athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness. Gov. Gavin Newsom has 30 days to sign or veto the bill.

This could certainly be a huge game-changer.
The NCAA has screwed this pooch too many times. Jim Harbaugh my have lost some battles here but I think he is winning this war...and this is part of it.
I don't know what to think about this.
