One Frame at a Time Retired?

Submitted by Mattavious on September 22nd, 2021 at 4:25 PM

Hey MGOBLOG team and friends, I was just wondering what happened to the "One Frame at a TIme" posts that we used to see.  Has that been retired, or will it come back at some point this season?  I used to look forward to those, but I haven't seen one yet this season.  Sorry if I've missed the memo on this.

The person who did that feature no longer works for the site and I am guessing that no one else wants to take up the mantle. Probably safe to assume it won't be making a return here.

One Frame at a Time has a bucket problem and is unlikely to get fixed anytime soon.

Hey, if posters can start a thread about this every week I can reuse the same joke in response right?

My understanding is these were an Ace feature, Ace is no longer with the site, Ace is doing OFAAT at his new site, which is called The Bucket Problem.

No official word, but that was “an Ace thing”.  —- Seth and Alex already doing a lot of other stuff with Brian’s step back from football.

I suggest they let him keep that one. There was no substance to the feature. If I'm going to load a ridiculously oversized post, it needs to have something worth it, like the UFRs or the posts where Seth breaks down a single play.

The only MGoBlog content I found less appealing than One Frame at a Time was the weird B1G fantasy thing they used to do in the summers (Draftagedon?) that I couldn't make sense of.

I am sick, SICK I tell you, of not getting all the free content I want!  I paid my tuition for five years (I was a slow student) which was a great sum of money (granted, it was a relative deal back then), and this is how I get treated?
